Either way, a delicious treat :) I ended up buying some chocolate bars and a small gift basket as souvenirs along with the hot chocolate spoons I enjoyed outside. We had the great fortune to come at 6:45, so we were able to sample the best of both worlds. The espresso is strong and pungent, just the way I like it. The drinks, though, stole the show. Given their multi-purposes, some of the drinks are coffee based, my faves. The namesake Patolli is an espresso martini topped with espresso beans. Yum. If you want to go sweeter, we also tried the gin alexander, which is haunting my wife's dreams. It is a creamy caffe-gin based drink with orange notes. She called it a creamy dreamsicle delight. I also had a peanut old fashioned, which I loved. The drinks are expertly mixed here, so you can feel safe that, no matter what you order, you are in good hands.
