They really didn't have to because it was my mistake not theirs but they were really very kind about the entire situation! The prices if you order at the bar are essentially the same as at every other bar in Italy. If you order and bring your own items to the tables you don't pay a coperto. It's only if you have table service that you pay higher prices. I would absolutely come back here again! A gem near the duomo with good prices even in the middle of tourist season!

We ordered our standard vegetarian meal-bruschetta, pizza, and salad. The bruschetta was simply excellent with the perfect amount of salt, olive oil, and garlic. The pizza (tomato basil) was probably the best we had in Italy. The salad was good and fresh, very simple as we love it. This might have just been the best food we had in all of Italy. The prices were also super cheap. I think our whole meal was under 20 euro.

We ate on the outdoor terrace which has a spectacular view of the surrounding landscape below. The food was traditional Tuscan, super well prepared and presented. This was the best meal we had in Italy, which is saying a great deal. The wait staff were attentive and friendly. Very highly recommended.
