However, considering this is such a small town with no other ice cream place in sight, I guess this place is worth trying if you're in the area. There are many flavours of both gelato and ice cream, as well as delicious and creamy soft serve. Many of the locals ordered a unique unicorn shake that had a bright blue colour and cute toppings. Honestly, not the best for a foodie like me, but cute and quaint shop for locals in the area.

Not that I drink that crap, but wow that's an insane price. Meat department, coolers of dairy and sliced meats, produce, groceries and all of that stuff. Prices are a little higher than I'm used to from the US, but I think this is simply how much stuff costs in this neck of the woods. French-speaking clerks, but you can probably get by as long as it's not something complicated.

This is the kind of place where I could seriously do some decent damage. The toutieres were in many different sizes and I bought some that were $12.49. Sure you may think expensive but these weighed like a brick. We froze them when we arrived home and I ate one tonight and it was fantastic. Big cubes of potato plus pork morsels, beef cubes and ground beef. It was a tad salty but overall a delicious meal. Easily enough for three hungry people or four moderate eaters. I'd consider it more of a cold weather comfort food but today it was delish! The turkey jerky was amazing. Not too salty and smoked turkey chunks very flavourful and meaty. Many other products were available. A full butcher shop plus seafood, jams jellies and other prepared delights like toutiere of salmon and chicken. If you are in the region and like food you must come here! If you don't you are missing out. It's an experience of a lifetime!

This cute and dainty place has a great outdoor area for you to lounge around and enjoy your gelato, making it an amazing experience! The pricing of this place is very fair, and you can load up and try a variety of flavours given their big cup sizes. I ordered the four flavour size and happily chose blueberry, raspberry, strawberry and mango. In the Quebec region, blueberries are very popular and known to be the best, and the blueberry gelato did not disappoint. It was very fresh and tart and had a genuine fruit flavour. Mango and raspberry was the same. However, with strawberry, I could tell that it wasn't made with real fruit, but syrup or some artificial fruit. I would skip out on that flavour if I were you. I am a fruit lover myself, but they also had a wide selection of chocolate flavours! My friend got the Ferrero Rocher flavour and it was decadent and true to its name!
