We had a really unusual set of problems to solve and they addressed both with really resourceful, creative solutions that came out even better than we had imagined. A previous contractor had begun resurfacing the concrete slab roof of our garage, then disappeared before finishing. The Building Company stepped in and not only completed the concrete work, but also recommended some reasonably priced improvements like using a waterproof paint to protect the surface. We also wanted to build an insulated enclosure in the outdoor space under a pantry in our 1920s house, and the Building Company came to the rescue -- beautiful work! The owner personally oversaw both jobs and personally participated in the construction. He seems to know every material and is up to date on every construction code. He is crystal clear about estimates and pricing is extremely reasonable. We can't say enough good things!

He drilled a hole for an additional faucet in our kitchen countertop, cleaned & sealed everything, and repaired a chip that I didn't even know existed. It's very clear that he has a lot of knowledge and experience in this field. The repair looks like the original granite. While completing his work, he took the time to educate us on cleaning & sealing, why it's so important, and the intricacies of granite. I somehow accidentally ended up dialing these people. The guy who answered the phone was rude and sarcastic. When he learned I lived in FL, he did not tell me I have the wrong number. Instead, he asked, "You want me to drive all the way from West Virginia to FL?" I replied, "No, I obviously have the wrong number," he chuckles sarcastically as I continue, "but your sarcasm is much appreciated." At this point I hang up. Throughout the conversation he kept saying, "Wha? Huh? What?" Absolutely ridiculous. For their poor customer service and their attitude, I recommend finding a plumber in Piedmont, WV whose service orientation is rises to the level of quality customer service.
