    Maple Spice Latte
    Jake H.

Cool little coffee shop inside of Asher Adam's hotel lobby. They have unique chocolates and local treats along with a good selection of drinks. I got the seasonal maple spice latte, it was good but a little on the pricier side. Staff were friendly & nice.

Clean and modern ambiance. I got a medium pumpkin spice latte w/ almond milk (~$8). It was good, but nothing special. Service was okay. Kinda pricey for what you get.

Sometimes you don't need a break, just a cookie and a coffee. Counterpart is that break from work "treat yourself" stop where everything is too pretty, too curated, and yes, too expensive, but somehow exactly what you needed. The cookie was moist and sweet and the coffee was strong enough to cancel my next meeting.

    Iced Surprise

Always love my Counterpart "surprises!" I'm too indecisive to make my own drink decisions.... so I just tell the amazing baristas if I want something hot or cold, and they do the rest. And they NEVER disappoint! Thank you, Savanna, Alise, Jordan, Luis!

Jaden's smile wakes me up just as nicely as the lattes he gets me. This is where to go.

I want to, but I can't support this place. I even gave it another chance because the coffee and…read morespot are so good. The cup leaked. I asked for another one, and that one leaked. The man working was polite and friendly, but the woman working was not. She literally said, "What do you want me to do about it?" No apology, nothing. There's a great window in front, but it's partially blocked with a flag. There's no wifi. The coffee was delicious, though. I saw they were selling Heart beans, so I'm guessing that's what they use. It was close to where I was staying, so I went in again, this time with my own cup. There, seated in the front with a cup of coffee, gifted to him I'm guessing, was a homeless man having a psychotic episode. Yes, there's oppression in the world, and it feels insensitive to write this, but I'd just like a quiet place to sip coffee and look out the window. I don't want to pay a place to have to deal with that. I'm all good with people being real, but if I'm paying for the privilege, I'm a lot less understanding. Customers should come first in a business.

Cute little coffee shop downtown Salt Lake City! The shop was small but still had several places to…read moresit inside if you wanted to hang. I went right when they opened so it wasn't busy at all and the baristas were very friendly. I typically order a honey latte but they don't have honey so I got a vanilla latte and it was really yummy!
