Counters Ground Crew damaged my Brand NEW 2026 vehicle while maintaining the property at the Company i work for. I notified them Two (2) hours later with an E-mail compiling all the information needed to process my claim which included Two (2) sources of Video Footage as well as Before & After photos of the vehicle covered in grass shards as well as freshly washed afterwards with taped areas showing the stone chips on Three (3) Panels in the Rear of the vehicle.
The video footage clearly showed the time, person, vehicle, distance from vehicle, the ground ( which was mostly gravel with weeds ) and confirms that string trimmer used did not have a safety guard nor did they take steps to protect the vehicle from damage as they worked ( For Example: Cardboard ). They still declined taking responsibility stating that they could not see the actual stones hitting the vehicle and attributed it to normal wear and tear. It is mechanically impossible for trimmer lines to launch grass onto these panels without simultaneously launching embedded gravel and rocks at the exact same velocity. I wrote and called them multiple times to reconsider their discission and they did not respond at all. A couple weeks passed and rather than coming during working hours to complete their job as they did before, they made the active effort to avoid interaction with me all together and come after hours or on the weekend which very much confirms their lack of Integrity.
