Over night his condition worsened so rang another vet in Diss, who decided surgery immediately, but in spite of her very professional actions was unable to save our beloved pet , I do feel if the Linden House vet had investigated further that night the outcome would or could have been very different. There would never be enough stars I could give Swayne & Partners as they are absolutely fantastic…read more They we're kind and caring with all the animals they see, they took my Teddy in on an emergency late one night with a twisted bowel, the vet was waiting in reception as we arrived and took him off to X-ray him while we were booking him in then came out to tell us they had to operate on him straight away they saved his life and we are so grateful to them all from the vet's, nurses and reception staff they are all so kind and caring. We also had to have our nearly 17 year old jack russell "Jake" put to sleep and once again they did it with kindness and dignity. We would recommend them very very highly. I used this surgery all through my childhood/ teenage years and my family still do. They have given my mum huge help through difficult illnesses with her pets. On boxing day before we moved back to the area, our dog ripped her face open in the woods and we used the out of hours emergency service at Swayne and Partners. The vet was absolutely lovely and you wouldn't have known that our dumb mutt had ripped him away from his family! Highly recommended.
