After about ten minutes, the receptionist came out, seemingly confused. She took my name and said the appointment was actually at 9, and they'd sent thr hairdresser home because I didn't show up. I stared at her blankly. Got the vibe she was just there to get a discount on shampoo and collect a paycheck. I understand coming in late was my mistake, but usually salons call you if you're fifteen minutes late. I received no call. Not only that, but when I called the morning of, the receptionist had no idea what was going on or who I could be, showing how clueless she was. So. I get rescheduled for three weeks down the line. I'm sad at this point because I really need my hair fixed, and getting appointments for Saturday is difficult. She SAYS she schedules me, and tells me ill get a confirmation text. Fast forward three weeks to the day before the appointment, I have no confirmation. I call them asking what happened, and if I still ha e my appointment. Her services are catered to your needs, she is always friendly, and ensures that your experience is what you want it it to be. Her room is set up so it can be relaxing with heated blankets, darkened window coverings, music, and will ask you what you need from her to make your experience what you want it to be.
