First time at Country Kitchen and it won't be our last. Quick to be seated, food also came out quickly. The food was delicious. I forgot to take a picture of my meal until halfway through. The restaurant was super clean, everyone was very friendly but our server, Ehab, was the greatest! I highly recommend the Country Kitchen Restaurant. Bonus - they have a a large outdoor patio for additional seating.

My friend and I decided to come try this new diner like place, and we really enjoyed it! The service was super friendly and quick. We were seated and could order almost instantly! The restaurant itself was also very clean and cozy, I got the country avocado BLT with onion rings as my side, and it was a good BLT and onion rings. Pretty standard, but good quality! I'd definitely come back to try other options!

Was looking for a brunch place this early afternoon. Came here around 11 and yes they had people, but they had plenty of seats open as well. We were seated right away. They have a pretty extensive menu. From breakfast to lunch to dinner. I ordered their bacon avocado omelet tea. It comes with toast or pancake as well as hashbrowns. I opted for their strawberry pancakes. I was not told that the fruit pancakes are an additional charge. Was not expecting to pay an additional $3.49 for 2 pancakes. The pancakes too were not good. Basically regular pancakes with strawberries on top. It was nothing to write home about. Usually i would never complain about too much bacon. But they had too much bacon in my omelette. So many hard peices in their that the omelette was hard to chew. The omelette to bacon ratio was extremely off. I did enjoy their hashbrowns as it was crunchy and fluffy at the same time. My wife got their meat lovers omelette. It was good. Again she got the blueberry pancake and it was an additional $3.49 charge withoutbus knowing it. If we did, we would've just gotten the regular pancakes. It was not good at all. They had no fruit flavors at all. No fruit syrup. Nothing. They werent even fluffy!! Just so plain. Extremely disappointed. Customer service was ok. We had asked for a to go box. Our waiter gave us the "unused " box on the table next to us. Yea its most likely not used. But just thinking about other people's hands touching it and stuff gives me major icks. He then gets us a box from the back, but by then it's too late. We had already put the left overs in the "unused" box. No one would've known if you had put that unused box back in the pile of boxes. But we saw u take it from the other table and hand it to us. Thats just nasty!! After eating and driving home, we just felt so slow and sluggish. The food was very heavy. Had to goto the gym right after to feel less gross. Yea we wont be back.

The food was soooo good! Everything had flavor including the hash browns. Usually you need to add salt but not here! Let me tell you about the service, it was excellent, our server was Adi who was great! However, everyone was helping each other not just the server for that table. I was sat in back by the kitchen entrance which was cool with me but I heard the most amazing thing. Not sure if it was the owner or manager, hyping everyone up. he was telling everyone in the back how good they were doing and he appreciated them, I was blown away. They were quick to clean up tables and get the next people seated. This place was very welcoming. As soon as you enter everyone is greeting you and when you leave they tell you goodbye. Loved it

A few year back Toby and I were up in Buffalo at a Bob Evans when the waitress made a comment on how often we filled up on coffee. It wasn't every time she passed, but it was pretty close. I maybe finished with 7-8 cups and Scotch maybe with 5 cups. Everyone knows me I get a little crazy when it's a breakfast at a diner and the coffee just keeps coming around, but that was probably the only time an employee has said something to me. All that to say I love it when a food joint is thoughtful like Country Kitchen and just leaves the pot of coffee on the table for you. It's such a relief when I don't have to hound someone for my third cup in ten minutes. Even when it's just me and they leave a half-filled pot, that's good enough. It creates a good target for me and you can bet I will not leave until that pot is drained. This morning was pretty easy though because not only was that cordon bleu skillet a new one to me, but it was quite tasty. I just never thought of applying the fancier older brother of Malibu Chicken to a breakfast skillet. But it makes sense. It's basically got the hollandaise of a benedict with the breaded chicken of chicken-fried chicken you see some places and the diced ham of many omelette recipes. Combine that with the cheesy eggs and heavy lifting of the hash browns, and you've got yourself a unique and tasty breakfast skillet. The waitress was superb. Even though she didn't need to check on me as much, seeing as most of the time I would just be asking for more coffee in these situations, she still did. She made sure I was set as far as needing any other sauces, asked what kind of creamer I want for the coffee, and was very accessible when it came time for maybe needing a box (I did not) and/or a to go cup for the coffee (I did). I also like the decor of the place. It had a good flow and energy to it. When I came in it was empty, being 6:30 in the morning, but by the time I finished I got to see more of what it looks like during normal weekend breakfast hours. It has the look and feel of somewhere I'd like to eat my breakfast at regularly. As it is, it's a bit far to make it a usual stop, but it's more than enough of a destination to maybe make it a once a month stop. I can't let a place that just hands you the coffee as you walk through the door sit unfrequented. That would be a total shame.

Came here for breakfast. The food was delicious just so you know if you get there early enough, you will be able to avoid a little bit of a wait. I'm telling you the food and service are totally worth it. The ambience is very friendly, outgoing and extremely helpful. They really take pride and their customer service.

A new breakfast spot in Rancho, perfect! Location is good since there are not a ton of sit down options in this area. That's the good. The bad? It's not what we thought it could be. We came on a weekday, so not too busy, zero wait etc. Our serve came over after a bit and we ordered the strawberry banana pancake and a country skillet. The pancake was good, I prefer Kickback Jack's. The skillet-lackluster is an understatement. Barely any hash browns and they were undercooked. The sausage had no browning-also not cooked well. The portion was small for the price. Temperature was not right, a bit cold. I'm hoping this was an off day, because it showed such promise. This is an honest review, not meant to be rude, but owners need to know. Once our food was dropped off, we were never visited again. Not for refills asking if we needed anything or even my check. I finally went to the counter, paid my bill and left. That's my experience and I'm hoping it's an isolated one.

I took my mom for breakfast since this location is very close to her home and we love to support new businesses. The good: -The service! Seriously great service. As soon as we walked in, two people greeted us. We were seated immediately and had our drink orders taken as soon as we sat down (did not catch that person's name but they were very kind). Our server, Olivia, stopped by very shortly after to take our order and was attentive through out the visit. When there was a slight problem with my order, they immediately apologized and corrected it. At least 3 people stopped by to apologize for the mistake, one I assume may have been the owner. -Chicken Cordon Bleu Skillet! This was delicious! Very decadent and tasty, would order again. -The hash browns! We're usually not hash brown fans, but these were really good. Fully cooked & soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. They were slightly over-salted, which was okay since the eggs had no salt at all. -The pancakes! Very fluffy and tasty, almost doesn't even need syrup. -Payment system! The check includes a QR code you can scan and pay at the table and leave, which i found very convenient. You also have the option of paying at the front desk if you choose. The okay: -The eggs. Very bland, not a single grain of salt added. -Ambiance. Very meh. I was expecting a cozy, country vibe, but there was none. The bad: -Sausage links. Probably the worst I've ever had. No flavor what so ever. Hopefully they change the supplier/brand. -Butter. The butter they put on the pancakes and toast....something about it was off. Very strange flavor, glad I tasted it before spreading all over my pancakes. Not sure if it was a bad batch or if it always tastes that way, but I know to ask for no butter next time. Overall, a good addition to the neighborhood!

Location is very easy to get to. In the Stater Bro and Bank of America shopping center. Seen this restaurant and wanted to try it!! Soo happy we did!! There was no issue with parking, lots of parking choices available. When walking in, everyone greets you!! Everyone is so happy and friendly!! We were seated right away. First things I noticed were the restaurant is very nicely lit. Very clean. Many different options for booths/tables. Nicely colored decorations. We were talked so many employees before receiving our food. We didn't know what to get, as there are so many delicious option! My girl friend settled on French Toast with a side of hash browns and milk. I opted to go with their Everybody's Favorite!! Man oh man!! I'm usually a French Toast girly, but these pancakes were DELICIOUS!!! Even my friend was saying how tasty they were, as I shared some with her. She kinda regretted choosing the French toast. Hahahaha!! Service was wonderful!! And the ease to check out and pay was stellar!! I got to pay my bill while sitting at the table. My friend had to go to the front to pay, as she didn't have the digital payment to do. I'm so happy this little restaurant is down the street, I'll be bringing my husband and mother in law here soon!!

Had an amazing experience at this diner! From the moment we walked in, the service was top-notch. Yvonne provided some of the best customer service--super friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The owner was also awesome and clearly takes pride in the place. The food was excellent overall. The pork chop was just slightly overcooked, but still really good and flavorful. The wrap was delicious, and the homemade ranch was hands down the best--definitely a must-try! We'll definitely be coming back!

Shout out to Adi for the wonderful and kind service One of the best waiters ever! High quality delicious scrambled eggs. Bacon perfectly crispy and not too salty just the way, I like my bacon. Shredded hash browns are just as good with that perfect crisp. Definitely coming back again next week. I went to try the crepes. Been to various breakfast restaurants at Rancho and Country Kitchen has the best food and service.

On a whim, late in the evening, after realizing that there was no way dinner was being cooked. I decided that this was a good time to try this place that recently opened in RC. After looking them up, I found that they closed soon, so I called and asked if it was too late to order, he assured me that it was not, saying that it was fine because only the kitchen was closing soon. In respect of their time, I ordered the chicken tenders and onion rings, and the country avocado wrap. I don't like avocado though, but everyone else in my household does, so I went for it. I thought those items were simple enough, drop some tenders and fries in oil, and wrap up a bunch of ingredients. I left immediately to pick it up, I'd rather me wait on them, then the opposite. My wait when I arrived was only a few minutes. Unfortunately, the chicken fingers were extremely salty. Way too overbearing to consume. I tried pulling off the breading, but the chicken itself was very salty as well. It was really bad and unfortunate. The onion rings were just fine, hot and crispy. The wrap, I took a corner of, just enough to taste the chicken and it was really good. My daughter said it was delicious after consuming half- it was too big for her to finish. The fries were deliciously light and crispy. I would order them again by themselves as a snack. I will say the portions are good for the price. Both cost $16.99- that's each. Their menu does not have prices, so keep that it mind. My chicken went in the trash. I ate most of the onion rings. The restaurant itself is nice, and clean- it's new so, that's the expectation. The young man that took our order was extremely nice. This is another time I'm going to assume is an isolated event, so I will return at some point, try the breakfast, and post an update.

My friend said the seasoning on the "frachos" was good, and I said it could be the gochujang sauce. We laughed at the shape of how the potatoes were cut (maybe peeled?), as it was unexpected haha. It had the perfect ratio of fries to beef to toppings (red chili peppers, red onion, cilantro)! My friend got full from half of his sandwich, as it was packed with a lot of protein! Interior is pretty, and I personally enjoyed that the lighting was dim. It was actually really quiet for being/having a bar. Though I will add that the restroom was kinda dirty, and another customer and I joked about how there was no paper towels to dry our hands LOL Overall, nice experience!

We used to get healthy size wings, now they are tiny little wings. On top of that they came out dry and with barely any sauce. We were given extra sauce on the side, but it just didn't hit the spot. No sooner than when thatserver left with our drink order, another seever came to our table and asked if we were ready to order. We explained that our drink order was just taken, but we some time to look over the menu. Almost as soon as the second server departed our table, our drink order arrived. Half order of cheese bread: $8.45; Pub Fish & Chips: $27.45 California Reuben with Garlic Fires: $21.45 + $2.95 Two Sodas: $@.95 each Pre-Tip Total: $75.36 We boith tried a piece of the cheese bread. Wow! We have not cheese bread such as this version before, and it was absolutely delicious! We ate it plain without dipping it into the accompanying marinara sauce (which I tasted and reminded me of a commercially prepared pedestrian, marinara sauce). This bread instantly has became one of our favorite appetizers to order at a Heroes branded restuarant. Ww barely had time to finish off our first piece of cheese bread when our entrees arrived. My wife's fish and chips looked really inviting to eat. The serving amount of fsih was appropriate and generous for the menu pricing. My wife enjoyed her lightly battered fish which was not greasy and oily to eat. She also devoured her coleslaw which she is very selective of how's it made, and the level of tanginess, which was just right for her. I dove into my California Reuben which swaps out the sauerkraut for coleslaw: all the other traditional ingredients are still used. The sandwich was generously stuffed with meat and coleslaw. Be sure to ask for extra napkins because this sandwich is messy but delicious to eat! The only minor gripe we have was the amount of times out table was approached by a whole slew of staff constantly asking us if we needed anything etc. One to three time during a meal for us is adequate, but it seems like the staff was overcompensating for some previous comments made about several Heroes restaurants having staff who perefer to talk amongst themselcves near the bar than attend to their diners. Overall, we enjoyed our dinner here and look forward to eating at Heroes and Roscoes restaurants often. Hoping the owners will consider opening in the Murrieta/Temeucla area in the near future!

First the restaurant is extremely clean and welcoming. The interior is really nice. The bar and patio are beautiful. The whole place felt welcoming. The staff provided amazing service. Even when the shift changes were happening the bar tender came by and said bye as well and wished us a great day. It was a small but nice touch and great customer service. Now what we're all really here for the food and drinks. Drink wise we tried the blood orange paloma, a margarita, and some beers which were all delicious and cold. For the food we started with the brisket fries which were savory and delicious. The fries were thin and crispy which is just the way I like them. We also got the All Da Smoke platter which had chicken, brisket, pulled pork, and pork ribs. It came with 3 sides so we got the corn bread with honey butter, corn, and mac and cheese. Everything was perfectly seasoned and tender. We enjoyed every bite we had. Also one of the best Mac N Cheese I have had in a while to be honest. Overall the food, drinks, staff, and ambiance were a perfect 10 out of 10 for me. I can't wait to come back and eat here again. They had a tiny paper taped to the door but you could not see it till you were standing at the door. Now we go today (Father's Day). No where on yelp or their website does note anything about reservations. I called about 30 minutes before going over there to confirm what time they were open till and what the wait time was, not once did they mention reservations or not having enough food to accommodate walk-ins. Once we arrived, we were ignored completely but several servers made eye contact. Finally someone came and asked if we had reservations and if not they could not accommodate us because they didn't have enough food unless you had a reservation. There were only a handful of tables with people but more empty tables available. How the hell does that work? I have worked in the food industry and my husband currently works in the restaurant industry, there is no way we could get away with saying that to customers. So beyond disappointed and will not be trying to go for a third time. Don't waste your gas or time!!!!

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. Pizza is so good!…read moreSweet potato fries are the best I've ever had. Sandwiches are large. Chicken Cesar was one of the best we've had. She took so long to take our drink order after we sat down, that we were ready to order our food when she came around. After she took our drink and food order, we waited 15 mins, and still no drinks. I actually had to ask another waitress for water. When our waitress came by we reminded her about not getting our drinks yet and she copped an attitude and was like "we were busy, yeah I asked someone else to bring the water". Ok. No need to be rude. Thankfully the food was good, so at least that was enjoyable. Our waitress never came by once to check up on us, as we watched other waitresses be more attentive at other tables. Honestly I've had better service at McDonald's. That's embarrassing for a restaurant like The Cut where food prices are not cheap. I'm sure it was just this one individual that was performing poorly, but it left us with a bad experience where we simply don't want to come back, and take our business elsewhere.

The newest hotspot for lunch and dinner in Rancho…read moreCucamonga. This place stays busy, the people really seem to enjoy it. For the most part it seems to be a place for an older crowd who wanna get away from the loud sports bars like yard house. I can agree with that sentiment. It is a nice reprieve from the otherwise packed areas of Victoria gardens as it is on the outskirts. The food is delicious and it prides itself on being low in calories. For how good it tastes you would expect a higher price, but that's another reason people like coming here. You don't feel overstuffed and you don't feel like someone robbed you for your wallet. Drinks are on point! The only gripe I have about this restaurant, is the old fashioned!!! They need to get a better cocktail glass for that drink and stop serving it with a bunch of ice. Just get the sphere or cube ice. Please! The staff are always friendly and accommodating!!! From the hosts, bartenders, and waiters/waitresses, they all do a great job at making you feel welcome! Big shoutout to Jasmine, Ashley, and Ron!!! They're great people who go above and beyond to make your visit better than the last. Come try em out for yourself!

But when The State makes a mistake, that's where it falls apart. Last week, I was handed the wrong debit card. I only noticed after charges from someone else started appearing on my account. I called and spoke to Juan; no follow-up. Called again, spoke to Austin: still no resolution. It's been a week of silence. Meanwhile, I had to cancel my card, wait for a new one, and update all my accounts. This was a major inconvenience, and the restaurant has not shown any care. 1 star for food: still good. 1 star for drinks: always solid. 1 star for atmosphere and standard service. Minus 2 stars for the lack of accountability, poor follow-up, and the time they wasted. They need to improve how they handle mistakes.

Instead of helping the next of us in line, the woman and man behind the bar just talked to each other and I had to walk up to the bar and interrupt to ask for help. The man had to ask me multiple times what my order was because he kept looking to the side and paying attention to other situations. When I paid, I tipped even though I shouldn't have, and thanked him, he didn't even look at me. I thanked him again and he looked up and walked away without acknowledging me. They were not friendly, they were not happy to be there and the customer service was really lacking. It was a disappointment because we really were excited to try this brewery and the beer was good!
