(Sectional that was the wrong layout). Still not the issue because I understand that things happen. The issue came when I spoke the Chris and he had no solution for my problem. He said he couldn't make a decision and had to wait on Harry, which still understandable. This is where the issue comes in 15 mins goes by nothing. I call Chris and he has no ETA and wants to me to decide how he can fix the problem. I'm sorry but I do not work for your Kammer, but since I was asked I said 50% off and I will keep the couch. That wasn't good for Chris but yet again Chris offered no resolution. So I sent the couch back and just asked for a full refund. I also believe that if they are willing to treat paying customers this way then my thinking is they treat the people they pay worse. I can only assume that these delivery drivers will be blamed for all of this. Would not recommend not because of bad product but the lack of care they have for customers when an issue arises.
