Best selection of breakfast biscuits EVER…read more. I went for the cheap gas. It was impressed by the antique gas pumps which sold only one grade of gas per pump. I was using a credit card, so I had to go inside and guess how much would fill my tank. The handle would not stay locked down, and if you held it too tight, it would shut off. On the inside was the best selection breakfast biscuits ever, the chicken fried steak biscuit was perfect. This dictation app is driving me nuts, will continue later..

I compared prices and was not impressed. I did get several items because I had a dish to make to take to an event. All was ok except the green onions...they were not fresh...already starting to get slimy. I will have to use them quickly. The store was clean enough....had the typical sections. The cashier I had was not friendly at all...would not speak even when spoken to...???? Oh well... Luckily I do not have to shop here, just came to bring the friend.

The employees are rarely helpful. Instead of assisting customers or opening more registers, many seem to be standing around while the majority of the checkout lanes remain closed, leading to unnecessary waits. The freezer cases also don't appear to be maintaining safe temperatures, which raises serious concerns about food quality and freshness. On top of that, the produce section frequently has rotting fruits and vegetables with very little fresh selection available. Something also needs to be said about the constant parking of lazy customers in the firelane blocking the entrance. This store needs better management, improved inventory rotation, proper equipment maintenance, and employees who are focused on serving customers. There are much better grocery shopping options nearby until these issues are addressed.

I had stopped coming here for a while because I couldn't take the smell but as stated they have done a lot of upgrades and renovations. It has a more modern and up to date look but still that down home community feel. Their meat prices are really good and the size/portions would not disappoint. They've added a section in the meat Dept that showcases seafood and meats like some of the other grocery stores and they have a butcher on hand if you have a request. The staff through out the store are always friendly and willing to help. Now let's get into their deli, hot bar and desserts. On lazy nights when I don't feel like cooking I'll swing by to pick up their fresh hot fried chicken, which is delicious. I don't usually get any sides bc there's been times where they look like they've been sitting out all day, but overall their chicken and pork chops are a big hit. The deli section has pre made subs, salads and cold sides. Their subs and sandwiches are humongous lol. My husband and dad purchased one of their sandwiches but I promise you that sandwich weighed a good 6 lbs lol. It had about 3-4 different kinds of deli meats, cheese, lettuce and I want to say tomato but I could be wrong, but I know it was a hefty sandwich for under $6!! Their 8-9 layer chocolate cake and pineapple cake are big hits in my home. Anytime my parents come to visit I make sure to grab one of each. If you're not ready to purchase a whole cake they also sell it by the slice and as half cakes. They also make homemade pecan pies along with other goodies. If in the area check them out!

We are regular shoppers at your establishment at the Ellis St. store, but visited your Erwin store…read moretonight...We were on our way in from a trip to Fayetteville today, and got the worst service we have ever had...We stopped in for just a few things on our way home and one of the items was not priced properly, as usual...There was a young lady at the self checkout named Amber...She hopped over to the customer service line to check out someone else, but we needed a price change on our item...We informed her of this, and she stated that "she would be back when she finished with her customer"!!! We did not get the item, so this resulted in a lost sale for your store!!! There were two other cashiers besides her that could have checked this person out!!! She completely ignored US and what WE needed...EXTREMELY RUDE CHILD!!! Another cashier tried to help us as much as she could, but to no avail!!!... she called over the speaker for assistance, and the person that could help was on break...I did not get the name of the employee, but she has grey braids in her hair and should be commeneded on trying to help us... I do not require special service, nor am I a KAREN....But I am from another generation, and know what true customer service means...It means that if I am spending money at your establishment, I should be treated a lot better than I was tonight!!! Maybe she needs a little more training in how to treat customers BETTER!!! *I gave a 3 rating because the Erwin store is always clean and breautiful!!!*
