This was the second time I rented large power equipment from BI Rental, and was even a better…read moreexperience than four years ago because when the scissor lift was delivered, the deliveryman helped me determine very quickly that it was absolutely not the right equipment for what I wanted to do, and he immediately took it back and brought out the correct equipment, which was a Niftylift self-drive boom lift. I just had to pay the difference between the two rentals, and the bucket boom was fantastic, and allowed me to safely and easily do a lot of tree trimming and repair work that would have been incredibly dangerous with a ladder or on the roof. The delivery cost was more than reasonable and saved me a large amount of time. After the deliveryman spent ten minutes running me through the operation, it took me about twenty minutes on my own to get comfortable with the equipment. It more than paid for itself by saving me either hospital and insurance costs, or funerary expenses on my family's part. Just as with last time, the staff at BI Rental are all about efficiency and making sure the customer gets the greatest value out of their rental.

I'd give them a 5 stars if it wasn't for the delivery and set up fee that appears at checkout. So while you're shopping you'll see the bounce house price. ALL! -Prompt polite communication, updates via text and phone regarding timing of drop off, and pick up. -Set up was the most organized, thorough, and safe I've ever witnessed. They ensured they didn't place it in any areas that seemed unsafe, laid down a large, double layered tarp to protect the bounce house as well as my grass. -Extremely warm, friendly staff. Jasmin, the owner is so beautifully helpful and thoughtful. She has a way about her- that makes your day just that much brighter. -Her staff were all so very professional. Each one of them carefully set everything up under her guidance, and took it down with ease-without interrupting the party. -They vacuumed, sanitized, and double checked the devices to ensure all was in tip top shape. - They educated my husband and I on how to operate, how to resolve any issues if any were to arise.
