But they also have food items and small toiletries to get you through the day. The car wash is pretty much from a few dollars to under $10 to get the undercarriage cleaned. Post that visit I have stopped in on a later date, but I did not purchase anything because of their being a select limit to purchase with debit card. I tend to avoid shopping at neighborhood convenience stores like One Eleven Food & Liquor because many of the food items tend to be low quality and pricey. However, this convenience store does benefit some of the residents because it is all that some have, but I will pass on shopping here regularly. On a payday evening this place tends to be cluttered with cars and select individuals hanging off to the side of the building doing questionable things, which I care not to know about. From what I have noticed, it is one of the few places you can purchase alcohol after hours, so I'm guessing that is the reason why it is so crowded on a payday evening. When walking passed the area I tend to blank individuals out in this sector because they strike me as either drunk, mentally unstable or trying to sell "Blue Squares" (Cigarettes) which I have no interest in. My only hope is that with the arrival of "The Hatchery" is that this place gets somewhat cleaned up. It is a pretty typical liquor store - has a nice selection of beer, craft beer, wines, and all the usual hard liquors. Every once in awhile they have a sale on some item, so if you pay attention you might hit a nice price point. Overall fair prices. The only thing keeping this store back is that it really cannot compete with a Binny's for selection and prices. The big-box stores still rule, and these smaller mom-and-pop outlets have to work extra hard. Nice people here, loads of parking, and some attention to pandemic measures. If you are out this way and not looking for something too obscure, you may want to give it a try.

The store front is nothing stunning, yet when you walk in you find a well organized and clean (especially for the age of the strip mall) store that seems to be well stocked for its size and reasonably priced. The man working the counter greeted me in a friendly manner and even asked for my ID in a way that felt routine versus doubtful of my legality to enter the store (much appreciated, I assure you). I may update this review, but between my first experience and the convenience of location to my home, I hope to get a better opportunity to look around.

You can find pretty much anything here. Small packaged food items, drinks, toiletries, kitchen supplies, packs of socks or underwear, cleaning supplies, phone cards, cigarettes (for you smokers)... I could go in and on. I still have a really nice Rubbermaid colander and a plastic mixing bowl with handle I bought here in 2002. I use both frequently. I bought a granny cart around the same time here to use as a laundry cart, still have it. My favorite pair of sunglasses were purchased here, sadly broken during an especially drunken night out circa 2004. One of my favorite things to buy here was Dr. Sheffield's baking soda toothpaste (before Sheffield rebranded as a high-end offering, you used to be able to get a tube here for ONE DOLLAR. I'd buy like 10 and they would last months. I'd also get bleach, parchment paper and stuff like that. It's a fairly busy store because the neighborhood locals all know and shop here. I still stop in when I'm in the area to get deals on certain items.
