Look at it this way, if the doctor was having clinic and was needed at another facility due to a terminal patient such as for your mother or another family, what would you expect him to do? Stay at the clinic and see the patients or would you want him to reschedule so that he can treat the terminal patient properly? I have been there several times and the staff has went out of their way to accommodate me. They are very friendly, personable and make me feel like family. Some patients are just hard to deal with. The patients aren't willing to move a few things on their schedule, take vacation/sick time etc in order to see the doctor. No office stays open 24 hours to accommadate everyone's schedule. I know that office did stay open one night per week until 7, a few yrs ago, and they had alot of no shows and cancellations so the doctor quit seeing patients that late in the evening. A few weeks ago he opened on a Friday morning for those patients who couldnt get in during that week for whatever reason and guess what 5 of those patients ddin't show up and then they called the office and acted like it was the front desk faults because they didn't keep their appt. So you are totally wrong and dont have your facts together about this clinic. Your appt was probably was rescheduled because the doctor had an emergency and you probably was one of those people who would not work with the next appt that the staff offered you. You are the only one who has ever complained about the front desk everyone I know speaks very highly of the staff in this office.

I had spondylolisthesis in my 5th lumbar vertebrae about a year ago, but wasn't diagnosed until I had my first evaluation and x-rays completed by Dr. Jared S. He also told me that my spine was slightly crooked and that my hips were out of alignment. I was soon going to his office for weekly appointments so he could gently reposition the troublesome vertebrae, straighten out my spine, and re-allign my hips all at once. Each appointment only took me a total of 30 minutes at the most between walking through the door and exiting. After only a few weeks of treatment my lower back pain was nearly gone, and after a few more months of appointments my pain was gone. It surprised me how friendly Dr. Jared and his staff are. They try to get to know me beyond the appointments. My schedule was always changing with my call-basis job, and they were perfectly willing to try to find times that would work best for me and I rarely ran into problems with rescheduling. Yes, my treatment was a simple one and wasn't too difficult to reschedule, but despite this they made sure to understand my situation and work out a solution. All in all I have had a very enjoyable experience with them, and I plan to visit them again in the future. Very friendly and helpful!
