I had to give one star because zero isn't allowed. This place was horrible. The workers are all young and do not know what they are doing. I took my mini australian shepherd in for a grooming and they completely botched him. As people SHOULD know, you cannot shave an aussie due to their undercoat. My aussie was returned to me way shorter than i asked and when confronted, the groomer denied everything and acted like she didn't care. I will NEVER come back again. read more
