Appointment day, I was a couple mins late due but texted her to let her know and she was nice about it. Once I got there, she got too. Reaffirmed the look we talked about and got to combing my hair. Then she got the dye ready to go and started painting. Once the color, was on and we waiting on the timer. She was cleaning up and getting ready for cutting and styling. We talked about a lot of things, during this time and talked about doing my hair for an event. After washing, we also talked about shampoo and products. She noticed some things with me hair and gave me some suggestions. Once dried, she got to cutting and shaping. She knew what she was doing. She styled it beautifully and gave me tips on how to style.
