They are so good to us here, it feels like we are visiting family. The staff here is absolutely incredible. The people who worked here a year ago are still here, and they're the same passionate, caring people we met on day one. My dog loves coming here, and he has become so much more social with other dogs. It's great to see him play and have so much fun. I can't wait to see all the big things they have planned for 2018.

I use to be a great customer and still don't understand it...but was treated rudely by management one day based on one of the very younger employees comments. My dog use to get her haircut and bath up there but price has doubled since January 2024. My dog use to enjoy the day care and we used it frequently, but now they have some wilder dogs going who bite , ride, ect my dog. I notice on camera that she is usually staying alone , but when she comes home she actually needs a bath from being up there. It is not the place imo it use to be. Maybe having trouble keeping quality employees. I have noticed a pretty large turnover , but I'm now completely done, with boarding, day care, and grooming services.

Based on my experience with this Vet hospital, I recommend to anyone looking to help a homeless animal or even as a permanent vet for their own pets! She actually said to me, when I asked about getting him some medicine, fast, even if it's over-the-counter, she replied to me that "she didn't know that animals could talk and tell me what's going on with them". Absolutely unprofessional, dirty, you'll sit there for a long time because they don't know how to read x-rays, they literally had me in a room over an hour because they said they couldn't make the x-ray bigger, had to go home and wait about four hours before I could find out the results. Been to other vets in the area and they were way cleaner, way nicer, definitely do not go here unless you're looking for a dirty place with unprofessional staff. I forgot one last thing, when the assistant asked me what medicines my dog was on, I said it was the medicine you guys prescribed, she got very irritated and said she doesn't know what they are and they're on the computer out front, she was not going there to find that information. I should of read other people's reviews before we went there, but it was a fast decision. Hopefully others will read this review and take their fur babies to a place that cares about animals.
