I recently had my driveway sealed by Countryside. An unfortunate unexpected heavy rain occurred shortly after Countryside departed. The sealer washed away and washed onto my paver walkway and Belgian block. Countryside returned and power washed the walkway and block and resealed my driveway at no cost. Initially Countryside was incredibly responsive and provided good service. After six weeks my brand new $15,000 driveway has developed a 3 foot crack on the joint with a depression and Countryside has been unresponsive. They are not standing behind their product or their work. When I first spoke to the owner to let him know there was an issue, his initial response was "what did you do?". He immediately put this back on us and has not taken responsibility for his shoddy work. Horrible company. I would never recommend them. read more

Poor quality job. I contacted Tony and he agreed that repairs were needed. That was months ago. I emailed pictures showing how bad my new driveway looks and functions. There has been absolutely no response except the day after the job was completed. I should have checked reviews on other websites. Countryside seems to do a good job with the actual paving. Driveway looks great, seems like a quality job. Their communication is awful . Rather than letting you know when they are coming out to look at ur existing driveway ( or are actually standing in it and ur home but have no idea they're outside), they just come by, develop a quote , and mail/email it to you. I suppose that's great if you have a straightforward job, but if you tell them ahead of time you want to expand the driveway, take out a tree etc, it might be a good idea to call /text the homeowner. Maybe when they come out the second time to actually look for the areas you questioned they might want to call/text you that they are coming. Nah, that would make it too simple. Why not show up again when the homeowner is home but has no idea you're there? The day they excavated the old driveway , I went outside talked to a crew member & the owner about making sure the width of the driveway was specifically under a certain measurement so a pre-purchased gate would fit across. Sure, they tell me. I staked it out. Tell them the dimensions of the gate, show them where it's being stored so if they have any questions they can look at it/or the packing slip. I spray painted marks on the ground etc while they were there. Not so surprisingly , they paved right over the marks so the slightly wider driveway is too wide for the gate that I mentioned, bought and showed them . Lame. read more

I used this service this fall for a driveway paving. The job was incomplete as failure to level the paving has caused pooling of water in the middle of the driveway. This will lead to cracking of the driveway. This can be corrected and they have promised to return in the spring to fix it. Please check back to see if they fix it. If they do, I will post my reply and satisfaction. Also, three calls to them went unreturned after the job. read more
