I rented from RPMNI when I moved from IL I found this company online and setup an appointment to…read morerent a 3 bedroom 1 bath home with a 2 car garage, the home was absolutely lovely I lived in the home for 2 years and NEVER had any problems in the home, they did a once a year inspection in the 2 years I contacted them twice once was for a beehive they came out within 2 hours of my call and go rid of he the beehive the second time was to update the toilet in the bathroom because my husband had cancer and needed a higher sitting toilet, I purchase the toilet and their plumbers came the next early morning they were in and out within 15 minutes to replace the toilet, this company is responsive and professional if I could give them a 100 stars I would do just that I highly recommend this company. I have since purchase my home and if should ever need to rent out my home I will definitely reach out to them to manage my property.
