We rented tables, chairs, and a tent for my wedding. The chairs were all very dirty and a few of them were broken upon arrival. The tables were very beat up and most of them were warped. When everything was dropped off and picked up they expected to use our bobcat to unload everything. All of the rentals were supposed to be picked up on Tuesday and they showed up Monday with no communication and said they figured the barn would be open if no one was home. I called and booked this company for my daughter's wedding. I also filled out the online request form, and emailed them with my details. I never received a quote, so I called him. He told me he was behind on paperwork, but that I was on his schedule. Day of our 5:00 wedding, he wasn't there at 4:00. I called and asked if they were on their way. He asked me when my event was. When I told him today at 5:00 he remembered me. Told me he could be there. We did see him drive by, after the wedding had started. I definitely do not recommend. No chairs isn't the end of the world, but it certainly made certain things, like seating of the mothers and grandmothers impossible. And the older guests really needed somewhere to sit in the heat.
