The 30 minute drive is well worth it! The staff is knowledgeable and they do not talk at you they talk to you and they educate you in what your pet needs and what they may be going through. They listen to your concerns and they help you choose the best path for your four legged baby. My fur babies love to come see all their friends here and they get visibly excited and happy when they see the doors. I love that! What more can I ask for? We've been with coming here for many years. They grieved with us when we lost our elder babies, rejoiced with us when we brought in new babies and through t all have been such a blessing to our family. I can't imagine seeing anyone else for our Vet needs.

Dr. Kwon did an amazing job of reassuring me and she was back in my arms only two hours after I dropped her off. The ladies at reception are also very kind and friendly, providing wonderful customer service. Chloe's stitches look great and the cone they provided me with fit perfectly. Is that acceptable? Personally, I don't think anything about a dog being shot should be viewed as "quite common". Especially since this dog is visibly limping and has open wounds all over her body. Don't worry... none of the 650$ covered an x-ray of her extremities to rule out pellets in any other part of her body. It was just enough to cover a chest x-ray, blood work, some antibiotics and a vet tech's disrespectful attitude towards a very concerned owner. I would have never taken the time to write this negative review if the vet tech, whose name was Stephanie, was more apologetic - or if the office would have offered to do other X-rays free of charge to rule out any further damage (since that should have been the logical next step after finding the shotgun pellets). I've never witnessed such unprofessional behavior and incompetent misconduct in my life. If you truly value every aspect of your pets health, seek treatment elsewhere. This clinic is only interested in your pocketbook - not the health of your pet. Also edited to add - I was just made aware that they offer 501c animal rescue discounts. I was never offered this discount. I repeatedly stated that my dog was a foster and that a rescue would be paying her bill. Now a month later, she is still visibly limping and her condition has not improved. Now, the rescue is left footing the bill yet again at another vet clinic because this clinic failed us so miserably.

ALL but one needed work to fix what he did to their mouths. We discovered this by the one cat was shaking his head with blood flying out of it and letting out a horrific scream. $1200 to fix his mouth.They basically rip the top of some of the teeth and leave the roots. You can't do a dental without XRAYS. They mutilated our cats mouths until we had them fixed. Over $6000 in dental bills to fix them.
