Backstory: My dog is put on a lead for a couple hours a day so she can run and play around in our front yard. We've had a complaint before that the lead was too long and that we should shorten it, so we did. The other day, a family friend put her on the chain but somehow lengthened the chain. I work upwards of 90 hours a week and the other person in my house is disabled and on constant bed rest, so we didn't know that the chain was too long. If we did, we certainly would have fixed it. Anyways, the dog must've been after an animal, and somehow got under their house and disconnect a hose to the AC unit. When the Schwiess repair van pulls up and looks at it, he has the tenant come knock on my door and bring me outside. Upon seeing this, I'm disappointed in both my dog and what the repair guy says to me. I understand not being happy about having to do work, but IT IS YOUR JOB to fix the AC unit NOT swear at my mother, myself and harass me extensively. I can't say anything about the quality of the repair, due to it not being my house, but I can say that it is the worst customer service I have ever had and I'm still half tempted to call the police and file a report. Funny thing is, we were looking into calling them to come fix our unit. Not anymore.

That being said, they carry a wide variety of items that I've needed in the past. The staff is friendly, but not pushy or bothersum. They have the best and cheapest bird seed around and they have a great area that fixes your chainsaws. This past year I was having a problem with moles and the regular traps weren't doing the job.....Charlie's had in a new trap that worked great! I've had one tell me I couldn't order something off an upcoming truck when I know for a fact I can because I have. As for price - I think this place is pretty competitive. Their base 11 and 12% feed is priced great and is cleaner than most at that price. Their name brand feed and bagged alfalfa is also reasonable. I also found their heated water buckets to be FAR cheaper (for the same model) than on Amazon. Their bulk bird seed is also reasonable and great quality. Lots of selection - We've bought horse feed, chicken feed, dog and cat food, combo panels, Priefert gates, nuts, bolts, dog kennel panels, electric fencing parts, horse halters, lead ropes, tools, work gloves and much more here. They have just about everything you need around the farm. If you're in the area, I'd say stop by and have a look around! Oh, and they also sell clothing and hunting supplies.
