Do not go here. Whoever the lady is that helps you is VERY terrible at what she does and is extremely unorganized. I found a stray cat and brought her in. I told her I wanted to keep her and they had me fill out this form to do so, but the way they go about it is by grabbing a random paper and crossing off words to fit their description of what it is you're trying to do so it's extremely unofficial. She also didn't tell me that part of the program it's required to get your pet fixed. Instead of asking you what day and time works best, she rudely just schedules an appointment for you and blames you when you're unable to show up. LIKE HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO KNOW? They're very unorganized and she was EXTREMELY rude. She answered the phone and was in a very hostile manner towards me, wasn't accommodating AT all, and very "pointing the finger at me." - this is no way to speak to your customers that are going through this program. Treat people with respect and learn to clearly communicate the program because half of what she was saying she didn't tell me when we sat down. I had to ask a zillion questions to get any kind of information from her and even then it was very confusing and not thoroughly talked through. This place is terrible. read more

My wife and I have been looking at getting a hissy for a while now and as much as we would love to give an adult dog a home we wanted a puppy to make sure he got along with our cat and other dog. We had been checking shelters for awhile and I gave up hope and started looking at buy one but to be honest the only reason I didn't is there's to many sellers out that there look like scams. I found this little guy and called. They said there was a waiting list for him and I got added to the list. We both kinda had our hearts set on him and they sunk when we found out there was a waiting list. 2 days later at 6pm I got a call asking if we still wanted him. Of course we did and we were ready to jump in the car and get him that day but the shelter was cloning and we live an hour and a 1/2 from the shelter so we got up and 6am the next day and sat in the parking lot waiting for them to open. All the workers were very nice all I needed was an ID and it was free adoption becuse the shelter was full. I did find it a little odd that all that was asked is for an ID and to sing papers saying he's ours. Last 2 dogs I got from other shelters tthey asked for id, proof I can have a dog in my home or rental and one did a home check. but anyway we got our dog and he's loving his new forever home. read more
