County Waste is not responsive to even simple things like following up with quotes. Not professional at all.

County Waste refuses to let me cancel my service with them. I have tried several times and each time they tell me that "it is not possible" because they have a contract with my Homeowner's Association. I have contacted my Homeowner's Association and they explained to me that no such contract exists. I've now been told 3 times that someone would contact me, but no one ever does. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's Office. They responded on my Google review of their business and told me to e-mail them because they wanted to help me. I emailed them and they didn't respond. read more

County Waste has become part of our communities in Clifton Park NY. The driver sees that I'm disabled and doesn't hesitate to bring my can to my garage door when I need help. They're always on time, especially when they have to get all those yard waste bags! Customer service is always efficient, professional and helpful. Sometimes you have to wait on hold, but you can go to your account and send a message, which they answer very timely! You can try others, but you'll eventually be very sorry! They seem to have improved and are back on track. At least they have been consistently picking up on the day they are supposed to pick it up. So definitely an improvement. Time will tell if they improve. read more
