This is one of the best self-BBQ buffet restaurants I have ever dined at. If you've had Korean BBQ, then you understand the whole cook it yourself concept. I have to say that the meat quality here is top grade (France is quite strict with their meat standards) and much better than the majority of self-BBQing places I've dined at around the world (even tastier than some places in Asia). Everything is self-serve so you can grab all your meats inside the fridges they have upfront with your plate. They have everything you can think of, ranging from beef to lamb, chicken, seafood, veggies, etc. And they replenish it very fast as well! I can almost guarantee you'll be in one of the biggest food comas after you walk out that door (well worth it for such damn tasty food). PS - If you can speak some type of Chinese (Cantonese, Teo Chew or Mandarin) or Vietnamese, it'll help tremendously as their English is very limited. If you speak French you'll be a-okay.
