I brought in a slow cooker already boxed, cookware, and a new complete set of Corningware stovetop cookware that was saved for years. They literally packed the corningware inside each other with no packing material in-between. The middle baking dish arrived shattered. There were glass shards everywhere. The stainless steel slow cooker arrived with a very deep dent on the outside. I was told that they'd take the items out of the boxes that I had already brought in and sent in one big box. Why? That's so obviously illogical. I've never felt such anger with a company. Tomorrow, I'm calling to file a complaint and put in the claim. Unfortunately, I only insured it for $300. But the items aren't sold new anymore, and the cost of the used items exceeds the $300. I hope they review who packed the box and fire that employee. I paid over $100 to ship it. Never again.
