Courtesy Building Services started cleaning my commercial building in Dallas for about 1.5 years. Last week, one of my tenants wrote to complain about how filty the common area were. The tenant said that the place was not properly cleaned over the past four weeks. I called their office number and was told that it was not a working number. So, I called their team leader's (Dee's) phone but she did not answer. So, I left her a message about the tenant's complain and requested that they send someone to clean up the place so that the tenant could host her function. Many hours passed and wed still did not hear from them. So, my husband and I went downtown to help with cleaning the place up so that the tenant could host a party that evening. Just when we were almost done with moping the floor and cleaning the restroom, this young mother showed up with two young children. I asked her who she was and she informed me that she was sent by the cleaning service to clean the place. First of all, they were very unprofessional to have sent someone with two young children to clean the place. Secondly, apparently that cleaner had decided to either wax the floor or used an oily material on the floor after we left. As a result, the floor was left very slippery and unsafe for customers. When this issue was brought up to me, I reached out to Courtesy Building Services again. The team leader was very defensive and informed me that the persons assigned to cleaning our place were an older couple. She disavowed that that cleaning person who came was sent by their teammates. The truth is, no one else was contacted about our need to have the place cleaned! When I asked them to send someone to ratify this situation, that is, to remove the grease or wax residual, they told us that we would need to pay them extra money to return to correct this situation that they had created. If you are shopping for someone to help with cleaning your office, you might want to look elsewhere because they are unprofessional, irresponsible and not customer friendly. read more

My manager did business with CBS, Inc. through a referral and I have to say they did an amazing job! I would have not known the floors were completely filthy, until they came in took some images and showed them to us afterwards. The overall staff is great and friendly! They have management that truly does look out for the best of the customer. I was in constant contact with Dee Arrandondo, she took care of any of my concerns. The workers, came in after business hours promptly on time and worked hard as you can see from the images. read more
