The way this company works is ridiculous. Redlee SCS Inc does not do a single ounce of the cleaning…read moreservice they claim to provide. They are middlemen who hire a real cleaning crew to do the manual labor for them. They tell the building manager whatever they want to hear, and they make promises they can't keep. They tell you they will vacuum and dust everything thoroughly every night, but they don't hire enough people to actually do the work so it doesn't get done as often as they initially promised. For large corporate buildings, stay away from Redlee. They won't hire enough people to cover the entire building, and you will get multiple complaints. And when they get enough complaints, rather than hire more people to help, they will instead fire the only people doing the job, and replace them. This doesn't fix the problem, as you will get the same result. If you want to be sure you will receive the services you're paying for, do not hire a middleman company like Redlee.

There were numerous "dust bunnies" around the house after they had left that I had to vacuum literally right after walked out the door. Ella and Shante assured me they would send a crew that would do the job for $700 (no carpet or outside windows) before the Realtor's Open House. Instead, 2 nice people, Frank and Sonya, showed up at 11AM. They seemed to work hard but it was an impossible assignment. Then the texts and calls started: the house had too many windows ($15 for cleaning each one, inside only, see picture below), 2 ovens, and the garage is too big. This goes with big houses. When I stopped, the cost was over $1100. The house was not clean, and my wife and I worked at it the next day.

(my client paid for them) the two ladies and a man were very nice. the spoke limited english however they were extremely friendly and worked very hard. the man would 1st go around to all the tenants suites and vacuum. every floor he would vacuum while the ladies cleaned the bathrooms on all the 3 floors. then all 3 went into the suites to empty trash and clean glass etc..very organized and the same set system made the workers easier to find when i needed them. the supervisor would come up and check in 2x or more a week to ask how they were doing and restock the supplies they left on site.
