They stated verbally to us and on their website they have experience doing so. The trailer arrived at the location on 8/29/25 and upon unloading it was discovered the piano had been broken. It was expressed to us by the company we utilized for unloading that the piano had not been packed properly which we also confirmed with a piano repair shop. I have waited to write a review with hopes that Mike would work with us to come to a solution. That is not the case and I am here to at least help other consumers. Affordable Movers is not a company I would trust nor recommend to anyone due to how I was treated during discussions as well as the lack of accountability. We asked for some sort of resolution, even just covering the fee for the estimate for repair which Mike flat out refused. I hope other customers do their diligence and understand what they are getting when they look at Affordable Movers, its affordable for a reason

I received an email and phone call about who was coming out. I lucked out bc my appointment moved up to today which I really wanted anyway. Ethan and Zach were very professional and nice to talk too. I had a few areas I put my stuff at and they were fast loading. The bumper they put on the door frame was amazing because I had a couch that was pretty good size and with that on the door frame there wasn't any dents. I called College Hunks Hauling Junk and spoke with a live representative. Unlike others I had called, I had only gotten an answering machine. (BTW, nobody called me back from all the messages I had left) Within 24 hours, Chris and Jacob arrived and began clearing out the garage. They are such friendly, polite, and respectful young men. They tackled the job with ease and efficiency. Took a load off my shoulders. The garage looked brand new when they were done. I've already told several friends about College Hunks and the excellent service I received. I highly recommend it.
