Makensie met with us twice to prepare for "day of" coordination. We enjoyed her bubbly personality…read moreand she helped us to think of things we hadn't and to be prepared for the big day. She helped considerably on the wedding day and having her allowed us to enjoy the wedding more completely. Unfortunately there were some things that could have been better. There were small details missed that we had to instruct her of during the day. Some we didn't notice until it was too late. (Ie: one being the $200 bottle of champagne was not on ice with the cake, so our pictures of the cake have an empty punch bowl next to it. Bridal party table plates were left in a box so they were unsure where to sit.) I'm sure there were not many people that noticed. She was very helpful in packing up, but in the rush she packed some things on top of our leftover cake. In the end we really counted on her and she handled most of it. We were just a little disappointed in those missed details. Hopefully she will learn from this and make improvements in the future, as details in a wedding matter greatly.

We were able to play a custom video of our relationship while guest arrived. They tailored a elegant light display using our wedding colors. We had a beautiful monogram displayed for us. Our paid violinist did not show to do our wedding march. Michael was able to cover it for us. It wasn't even a question- it was like 'hey we got this'. They're super flexible too! I had an outdoor venue in May which is hit and miss weather wise. Rain, rain went away and I had an outdoor and indoor dance floor simultaneous. Now how many other ppl can you get that from with out being charged extra? Our venue Ranch Austin held a open house, yes they had a preferred DJ vender there. But don't be fooled by the prices and their so-so Dj packages and we're on the exclusive venue list. Keep in mind that they pay to be on the list and pass that cost to you. If I ever need a DJ in the Austin/Killeen/Temple area I know who to hire
