I walked in yesterday without an appointment and was seen immediately. I had a headache for 3 days and my hands hurt from arthritis to the point I couldn't make a fist as my fingers wouldn't bend. The tops of my hands have been burning with pain for a month. The headache was gone immediately and today I awoke with zero pain in my hands. Go to this office, you will not be disappointed. My first time ever scheduling a chiropractic apt. I didn't know what to expect. Was pleasantly surprised. Everything was explained thoroughly and everyone was very polite. I love Nicole and Kristen. They are more than chiropractors, they are genuine healers. They do a wide variety of treatments to get you feeling better. I went in twice yesterday for my locked up back. I couldn't move my left arm or turn my head. I was crying, I was in so much pain. First I went in and she did trigger points, massage, and an adjustment. Then I returned in the afternoon for a laser therapy treatment, more massage, and a small adjustment where it was too tight to do in the morning. I left feeling so much (while not all the way) better. They only charged me for one visit and didn't charge me for the laser, because they could see how much pain I was in, they genuinely just wanted to help me feel better. They always ask about my kids, by name. They listen and remember you as a whole person. They also have family plans for those without insurance or those who have high co-pays (like us). We pay $36 a visit, which can add up if 3 of us are going regularly. They even adjust the baby for free, and he LOVES it. They have an "office dog" that is so cute and friendly. Why has no one reviewed this wonderful place? I have been seeing Dr. Cousineau, his daughters Nicole and Kristin as well as his son-in-law Richard Stanley for years now. I have fallen on the ice and they have gotten me back to skiing, headaches, sinus, sciatica, and more-they have always helped me. The greatest challenge is now; I have had bilateral total knee replacement. Today I was there with terrible hip pain. Doc Cousineau iced it, then really got into the trigger point that was hot, "Ow! Don't stop!" I walked away OUT OF PAIN! I like Cousineau for many reasons. First, there are many doctors there. Second, no one is dealing with an ego problem. If you have a foot problem, they will get Kristin, neck Nicole, etc. Second, they really work together. There have been times I have gone there with a more complicated concern; invariably they will call another doc in to confer. I respect this. Office staff is extraordinarily friendly! They have helped me live a healthy lifestyle and stay "in line" for years, and for that, I am grateful. read more

I've been coming here off and on as needed for chronic back pain for about a year now. Friendly staff, easy appointments, walk ins accepted, and I don't think I've ever spent more than 10 minutes in the waiting room. They make everyone feel like family. They have saved me thousands in ER/doctor fees. I always come here first when something hurts. They practically erase my back pain when it flares up and more importantly, give me tips on things I can do at home to correct what may be causing it. I came in last Saturday for a headache that I had been medicating (unsuccessfully) for two weeks straight. Within an hour, the headache was gone, and did not return. I have been to plenty of chiropractic centers due to a lifetime of sports activity. In the interest of finding the perfect one, I visited a few in order to pick mine I could call home. I will say that the Doctors here - each of them as there are a few - really proved that they know what they are doing. The office staff is great and ALWAYS willing to help. I have been other places where there is not enough staff, or just one doctor so wait times can be extended. Cousin way was just right on both counts. When I was there, they were closing in on their 40th anniversary, with a healing philosophy like they employ - it is easy to see how they made it this long, and easy to imagine them there another 40 years.... read more

We have been going here for well over 10 years. My youngest has been going since birth & his older brothers and him request a visit when they're in pain. Yes, Harry we call him Couzzy has some crazy things hes says, we like that he's real and my kids love that about him too, he calls my son cheeseball. We feel like family with them and would never switch. We have been through many insurance companies and they have always worked with us so we could continue our care even when we lost our insurance due to a lay off! They have our health as a #1 priority and it shows. Maybe if you want an uptight doctor, then you should go find one someplace else! If you want a great caring practice Come here join thier Family! My husband and I have been going to this clinic off and on for a year. Dr. Nicole and her sister were very nice, professional, and caring. However, the father Dr. Henry who is the primary doc that you tend to see the most definitely needs to work on his bedside manner or consider retirement ASAP. In my opinion he is unprofessional. He likes to crack jokes that sarcastic in nature and professionally inappropriate. I spoke with my husband about feeling a little uncomfortable going here due to Dr. Henry's constant smarty pants remarks...so I stayed away for a bit and dealt with the back pain I was experiencing. However, I recently went back after being away for 6 months due to increased back pain to give it another try hoping I would see one of the female docs. No such luck. When I walked in I was asked to complete some additional paperwork from the front desk staff. And when I informed them that I have been here before, Dr. Henry yells out "yeah, you know your buddy Obama will stick us with the payment if we don't". So, I'm thinking to myself---ok, Doc Henry you are once again inappropriate. Some of your customers actually voted for Obama-smarty pants. You can and should keep your political views to yourself. But, I didn't say a word. I walked in the back examination room and he comes in looking through my chart and says I need to take more X-rays. I asked him why because it has been LESS than a year since my last X-rays. And he went on and on about he will get stiffed with the bill and needing to justify my visit. I am in pain-- u have X-rays less than a year old, if you don't know how to chart this visit so u can get paid without having me exposed to more radiation then something is wrong. My husband works for Ford we are blessed to have excellent health insurance and on top of that very good chiropractic coverage --Doc Henry even mentioned this at one of my previous appointments. So figure it out Mr. Smarty pants but you are not exposing me to unnecessary radiation or having me pay for xrays that are taken way too soon because "u don't know how to document and justify my visit for payment". I refused the X-rays and told him, I will just leave because I don't want to "stiff" him with the bill. When he seen I was about to leave he said "oh, I can do your adjustment u don't have to leave that is no problem". No, obviously it IS a problem since u have been complaining about being "stiffed"with the bill ever since I arrived. Don't do me any favors buddy-- I will be back to see your daughters once you retire--in the meantime, I will find another chiropractor that will keep his political views, smart remarks, and inappropriate jokes to himself....oh, and one who will not push unnecessary X-rays, and who knows how to document appropriately so he can bill for my visit and not get "stiffed with the bill". U have just lost two customers and I will make sure i let everyone else I know in our little brownstown/ woodhaven community to stay clear until you make the responsible decision to let your daughters run your practice --they are far more professional. read more
