Staff behaved really rude. Being local I always supported local businesses but regarding them guys I would advise Home Sellers to try PurpleBricks website, at least you can directly negotiate with the buyer. with them specially if you are buying they ll always discourage your offer without informing the seller who might get agree with your offer, they always behind their own commission. There is always a room of negotiations but they behave like rubbish. I think the services like Purplebricks.com are a good idea to sell or buy your house fixed charges and No middle man like these Ryder and Dutton. I know Seller expects the best price but behaving like your offer doesn't mean anything is bad. Anyhow my advise to sellers is try PurpleBricks.com you would like it with every step towards selling.
