She is a very mean and unpleasant landlord, and her husband enables her behavior. She even turned off the hallway heat during the cold winter while she had current tenants living there. She does not want to fix anything and would rather have her husband patch things up instead. She does not believe that anything should be replaced, regardless of how old or broken it is, and instead seems to blame the next tenant for the problems. There is also an entryway that they refused to close properly, allowing insects to get inside. She shows no remorse or concern for her tenants, and I honestly do not understand how anyone could rent from her. Overall, she is one of the worst landlords and most unpleasant people I have ever encountered. Lack of accountability and unfortunately have deep memory issues that the tenants pay the price for.
