So far so good. They put traps around and I haven't heard rodents in the attic. I'm optimistic that we are making progress on this problem.

Sadly they don't follow up or resolve issues. I hired the company to treat for a fairly minor problem and the problem got worse. They treated again and still no relief. I called a month later and no return call. I called again to end service and the owner called me back. He came out himself and sprayed a tiny area and said that would resolve the issue 100%. He promised to stand behind his work. That treatment didn't work either. No calls back to check on how the treatment worked after 30 days, 45 days, 60 days... I called another company, they completely treated my home and now the problem is fixed. You need to train your employees to stand behind their word and as a owner you need to do the same. I was patient and gave you every chance to fix the pest problem and your company failed miserably. read more

In the past I have felt so ripped off by pest-control services. They seem to work immediately after they come and then nothing. However, that is NOT the case with Covenant Pest Control. Their service actually works even months later! To my pleasant surprise about six or eight weeks after they did my service I was still noticing scorpion carcasses appear. Happiness is a dead scorpion indeed. Plus, the gentleman that comes out is always just so pleasant and friendly. In addition, the fact that they send out a text about upcoming appointments help me remember they're coming and makes it easy for me to call and reschedule if I'm going to be out.
