Not only do the teachers actually know what they're teaching, but they care about you. If they notice that something is up, they'll come talk to you to see if you're okay. In addition to those 2 points, WCA has fantastic sports options and coaches. These coaches bring out the best in people, they know what they're coaching and they don't just do it for a paycheck. The students and staff here and just out-of-this-world fantastic. I would absolutely recommend WCA to any family, not just christians, because I came to westminster not having really any faith, and now I am a lot more confident in my faith with Jesus Christ. If you're still reading, know that God loves you and has a plan for you.

One boy held him down, as another boy pinched and twisted the skin on the inside of his upper arms leaving several bruises. These two boys were supposed to be his friends.. man f this ridiculously run institution. i was expelled from this school because i was bullied and…read moreharassed by a mother in her mid to upper 40s and her pizza faced-no personality-ugly hoe of a daughter. i confided in the principal tammi rohman for years and all she did was tell me to suck it up. but as soon as i complain about it, im threatened with being expelled. aside from my horrendous experiences with staff all the time (teachers never explained assignments and were inappropriate with female students in my grade) the environment was detestable. they never assisted with conflict and their only objective as a school was to raise test scores to get more government funding, and they would constantly berate us if we got less than a b, even sharing kids' grades with the class. teachers would also consistently pick fights with students. teachers there called me dumb, small minded, and uneducated but tried to disguise it as debate. they shove religious propaganda down everyones throat, not allowing any questions, discussion, or other viewpoints to make these kids educated about the world theyre about to enter, and will call the principal on young children for saying something against their beliefs. theyre very right wing conservatives and combative, especially towards young kids, practically making donald trump their newfound jesus. i had one especially nice female teacher there who allowed me to ask about lessons and politely question her beliefs as a curious fifth grader; that teacher was fired by the time i came back for sixth grade. their church is another mess by itself. their choir/bells conductor is a perfectionist ahole who would set practice times well into the night, leaving no time to study, and keep us 20 minutes after unnecessarily. she turned a fun little after school activity to do with your friends (the only one they offer) into a stressful commitment with outrageous expeditions outside of school, making us wake up at 6 in the morning on a sunday to go to church, because if we didnt she'd yell at children until they cried. speaking of the church, dirtier than satans crack. me and my friends found SPIDER EGGS, A LIVE SNAKE, and PILES UPON PILES OF DUST under pews, in corners, and even in visible places like the little basins full of holy water. the church constantly has no-abortion rallies during school hours where they beg for money and diapers from young impressionable kids. never send your kids to school here if you want them to have a well rounded, open minded, educated life. ive learned more going to ritenour middle than i ever did at st monica.

I attended a track meet for the youth in support of my nephew and this high school was the host of…read morethe event. Parking was plentiful but where we parked was great uphill exercise for my exercise regimen. Cost $5 dollars to get in. Concession was available and reasonably priced for the items from pretzels, to hot dogs to soft drinks etc. ample seating on bleachers. Restroom needed attention but due to the amount of people in attendance it was expected. Track field and grass was well kept. Trash was at a minimum which was surprising. No complaints other than the heat which I can't blame on anyone but Mother Nature !!!!

There are Sunday School classes for adults and kids alike, along with ample activities for kids and youth. Mens and women's Bible studies, Small Groups, and community service engagement activities are important for involvement. I'm not a member of this parish, but for those times when I've attended their Mass, there was always a singer with a beautiful voice. It's worth a visit just to see the beauty in the simplicity of this place of worship.
