I interviewed with the owner of Wolf Ford of Alliance back in April of 2023. I didn't work for him…read moreat that time because, I needed to help my mother, she was experiencing problems after her surgery. I called and spoke to the owner of Wolf Ford, on September 23, 2024, we discussed the pay plan, which was totally commission only I accepted the offer, he asked me when I could start, I replied October 1st, 2024. I made my move from Yuma Az to Aliance Ne. On October 15th I was pulled into the office by two other employees, to tell me about how I would get paid. They showed me, it was an hourly minimum rate. My response was, I know you're the messengers, when the Owner arrives. I will speak with him because there is obviously a mistake in communication. They responded just between the three of us this has happened before with other salesmen, and we are having a serious problem with keeping salesmen here. They didn't want to lose me because they like the fact, I'm selling cars and work well together. When the owner arrived at the dealership after a few hours he pulled me into his office and explained the reasons for the change, it was because of Nebraska laws, blah blah. I told him, had he explained this to me prior on the phone, I would have never moved. I extended my hand out to shake it, he slapped my hand away from him, I insisted he shake it as a gentleman, he finally did. I left in total belief of what just happened. He had another employee call me back to work and said it would be worked out. I did return back because it's the only dealership in town. Now on my next pay day the 1st of November he pulled the same thing. I was also accused of using profanity towards another employee, which was totally BS. I was told to go home for the rest of the day without pay. I was done and at the end of my rope with this Owner. I called the Police Dept, to mediate the problem and was actually escorted off the property, because it was a civil matter. Bottom Line, if he treats his employees like this, how will he treat his customers? It's a good question to ask before supporting a business owner who treats his employees unfairly to keep all the profits to himself.

He got a bit too personal during our conversations in discussing his life for my taste though. Maybe this was a sales tactic but definitely made me a bit uncomfortable. They handled getting me a loan which was great but did end up waiting for a few hours, but I'm guessing that's expected as we stopped in on a Saturday. Car service (oil changes) for the first 60,000 miles is offered along with windshield protection. All in all great to know where and who will be caring for my vehicle to keep it maintained. They also check other parts of car to make sure they're doing good as well. Fancy dealership with great people and environment. Highly recommended.

Today I dropped off my car before business hours because they said no one would be able to take me to work. At 12:45 PM they still had not called me. When I called I was in hold for someone and finally had to hang up and call back. No one could tell me about my car, one person said they had called and left a message another said it was finished and when in finally talked with the manager he could not find any information regarding the recall. My car was not finished. The organization is bad there. They advertise transportation to and from your appointment but that rarely happens. They always seem to have one excuse or another. Other businesses here in our community advertise concierge service for their service. I'm frustrated because I want my Ford to be serviced at the dealership where they have the parts and are supposed to be knowledgeable. Not the case.

The noise was coming from the right front and really was trying to figure out what to do. I was in a rental Jeep and I checked to see if there was a Jeep Dealer in the area. Lucky me there was Reganis Jeep! I was roughly 1 mile away from the dealer and I headed right in. I pulled into their service department and went inside. I was greeted quickly by a very nice young lady and I explained the issue and she said the the service advisor was in pushing a car into the shop and he would be right back. A couple of minutes later, Mike De Santiago came in and I told him what was going on. Without hesitation, he grabbed my keys and took the vehicle into the shop to look at it. About 10 minutes later, Mike came back in and handed me a small rock that was lodged in the brake caliper and said I was all fixed. I asked him what I owed and he said that there would be no charge. I was absolutely wowed by his sincere care for the customers. Thank you Reganis!!

The estimate for repairs was $1500. I got my truck back almost 2 weeks later and a bill for $2300. I left them a shitty review and Shawn reached out to me to try and make it right. No plan of action was ever given after I had messaged him 2-3 times. The issue still isn't fixed, I get the same error messages and the tail light still doesn't illuminate. So they charged me for basically no fix at all and pissed backwards on making it right. You guys are straight trash from top to bottom. I will buy my vehicles somewhere else and have a different dealership complete services. I wouldn't recommend someone bring in a tricycle to get serviced because they obviously don't know what they're doing in the service department or in their front office. Reganis is full of raging idiots, take your money to a different dodge dealership.

I explained to the employee that it would take a charge but wouldnt hold it. So he comes out to my vehicle and test it with his tool and tells me that his 800.00 dollar tool knew more than i did. I explained that with the alternator working fine and the fact that i had charged the battery the night before and then disconnected it while i was at work and it was dead approximatly 6 hours later that i needed them to honor the warranty. I was expected to remove battery and leave at store overnite so they could charge it and prove me wrong. This would leave me with no vehicle. I then asked if i did that and they found that the battery was bad would they have a replacement. No i would have to wait a week for a replacement cause they were unwilling to over nite a battery. The employee went into a weird rant about he remembered me coming in and buying the battery a fee weeks ago. What!!! I said i hadnt even purchased the battery my son had and it was about 21 months ago. My son was in the airforce and i thought i would be nice and fix up his car. Then he got mad and started getting mouthy with me while his boss darren was quickly walking away to hide in the back as to not have to deal with the situation that had arose. believe i was treated unprofessionally. Just know this you shop at this establushment at your own risk. Good luck.
