Hi everyone! I rated this 5 stars so I can reach the right people. I thought while my wifi is down for the 10th time in 2 weeks I'd review this company. I've had them in Florida, where it took them 23 days to fix me internet while everyone else in my neighborhood was fine, and now in Nebraska, where consistently for the past few weeks I disconnect and have the orange flashing light on my router. This company does not deserve your money. They have 0 respect for you as a customer, they will never give you any sort of compensation. I have reached out to their "customer service" multiple times, and all they tell me is "we see and outage in your area, can we help with anything else?". Besides that, the wifi when it does work isn't crazy like they advertise. Don't be fooled because they say 2GB download speed, it doesn't work anyway. I have called the store multiple times as well as left voicemails and still have not received a call back. Can never seem to get an answer on the first try when calling this store... I work often so going into the store for one question isn't always an option. read more

My daughter went into the store on Saturday morning, to simply return equipment after we had already cancelled out service and the worker was extremely rude to her. He told her we were making a mistake and guaranteed we would be back. He was pushy about wanting to reactive our account and handed my daughter his card saying to call him when we realized out mistake. I will never return to cox for any service. With other options available they no longer make the list as an option. I would give zero stars if able based on customer service alone. read more

Went in there today to resolve a problem that was Cox's fault in the first place. Luke helped us and was completely disrespectful. Was not very friendly or welcoming and seemed like he hated his life and tried to make us feel like we were stupid. If I didn't have to because of my apartment complex I wouldn't stick with Cox. read more

YMMV by the rep you get. I stopped in to make a payment on my Cox services today. Rep handled the transactions easily. She then looked over my services. She found that I was making full prices on my premium movie services. She searched for promos and saved me a significant savings. Some for a few month and some for 24 months. She detailed how to make HBO Max function for me. This visit was five stars, but other visits were only so-so. read more

Worst wifi ive ever experienced. I'd rather use McDonalds wifi. This shit averages 0.04 - 4 mbps all day every day.

In and out in less than five minutes $10. Cheaper than before,everything handled In a jiffy. Employees are the best at this location..................then came the bill we had a $40 dollar increase and a home phone we didn't ask for and with the new boxes the movies and shows we record freeze while watching them. I can't believe that I spend about $400, and my problem is still there. The only slove way for me is waite for their engineer. But the technical staff did not go to my address. I need to go to their store again. Cause their app is a trash, the chat doesn't work. Then after one week, my internet still doesn't work. How terrible it is? Now it's the ninth day, tomorrow I will go to their Cox store again, I hope I can solve this trouble or I will cancel their service. read more

I stopped by to pickup a modem after several chats to resolve my connection problems. I have only had Cox Service since mid December and already had several issues (ex: didn't activate my modem for hours and had to call several times & different reason from multiple agents for the same problem). Customer service was lacking today, there was no regard for my extra expenses and telling me upgrade/replacement are the same thing lol (not in the dictionary). The 2 stars are for the door and that seems like an office policy. I'm already starting to look at other providers/options when my year is up!! Hopefully they get better... read more

Can get the speeds i pay for, when i went to get help at this store they basically told me to fuck off and pay more for a new modem and a tech installation even though im NOT getting the speeds i pay for. The staff are condescending and have no empathy for anyones situation, the entire vibe i got from the staff was that they should tow the company line, and do no more. No problems change the fact that the entire company employs a philosophy of sucking customers dry of money just so they can receive abysmal internet. If you have a problem you want solved, dont go here, they dont want to help you. read more

Long wait despite full staffing. Takes entirely too long to help customers. Unable to answer simple questions, like setting up a VPN. Then told I can't after calling in for help. Why can't I have a service that's standard everywhere else? read more

Not a big fan of Cox, but if you want anything done, go to this store or call them rather then calling the main line. The store offers way better product deals that are not listed or are hidden somewhere on their website. read more

Unfortunate they have a monopoly on the wireless in Omaha. Dealt with a rude, very pushy employee in the store. I told him I was only interested in WiFi and he proceeded to tell me about a "deal" where I got some funky little roku/firestick wannabe with my WiFi. I politely told him no, that I was only interested in the Wireless. Throughout the duration of my time there, he proceeded to try to talk to me about the roku thing, trying to get me to buy it. On probably about the 8th time I said no, he gets mad, and tells me "he doesn't understand/it's a better deal...etc." - so I asked him what the fine print was. "Oh, we'll send you an email after you purchase it." It's a no from me. Said he would set me up on automatic payments, and did not. I thought the experience was a minor inconvenience, but it went well, I had WiFi. Right? Wrong. I don't have any problems with the service, it's not bad. However, I was getting overcharged more than the $60 plan I purchased. I had to negotiate the plan down to get it to what I was told it was going to be. Absolute garbage customer service in store, and expect to pay more than you're told you're going to pay for wireless. Hope some other company moves out here, their competition won't be too tough. read more

This place have the worst customer service. They will only help you if you're setting up a new account and if you're switching to a different company or just wanna cancel your current cox account they WILL NOT help you. I called at least 14 times to get someone to finally pick up the phone and when I tell them I need to cancel my account, they told me to hold for a couple seconds and then they disconnect the line, and when I call again after that, they never answer. read more
