The cheese is a little heavier than the traditional Neopolitan style pizza. We had the Hot Spicy Soujok and my dad has the regular pepperoni. The spicy pizza was awesome and came with a hot jalapeño sauce on the side as well as a spicy olive oil sauce, both of which were delish! My Dad's regular pepperoni was not spicy but still very delicious with mushrooms. I highly recommend this pizza place to foodie conscious travelers!
