I hired Vincent Coyle Plumbing and Heating to install a boiler and they did not do the job…read moreproperly. They left a mess when they left and did not clean up after themselves very well. The electrician wired the programmer in wrong which they had to fix, they riped pipes out and left big holes in the ceiling and they had to get a plasterer round to fill the holes. One of the contractors for some unknown reason tried to open the window and broke the window handle and they had to get a glazier round to fix that. Most upsetting of all when the installer was soldering the pipes he didn't bother to put a matt behind and left burnt marks on my walls. When I complained about that the Vincent Coyle the owner of company round and said he did not " think it was a big deal" and lest saying if I wanted to paint over it I could do it myself which was most disappointing. When I complained again and said I was not going to accept the burnt marks and wanted them to something about it they offered to paint over the burnt marks and when I said this would not look right and they would need to paint the full wall they refused and said "they would not be able to do it as they do not have the resources" I asked to speak to Vincent Coyle and when he came on the phone he was most unpleasant, he shouted at me, was cheeky and rude. The customer service I was given and workmanship on the job was poor and was very disappointed as I was paying alot of money for the job. All I would say is AVOID this company they are deplorable

Charged for time the engineer spent chatting after the job was finished in ten minutes - was then told this was my fault and I shouldn't have talked to him and instead told him to leave. Also told by the MD that all the one star reviews online are fake. When I pointed out ALL the online reviews were one star he said they had plenty of good reviews on their website. When I told him it would be very easy to put good reviews on your OWN website but why were there zero positive reviews on the rest of the internet he hung up. He's a sad little man with a tiny willy and a shit company. Thick, nasty scammers. DO NOT USE!

Threatening and Intimidatory Tactics…read more The sales agent and surveyor were repeatedly told about the height of the top shelf above the hanging rail and they got it wrong when fitting the wardrobes. The threatening and totally unprofessional emails I received from this company when refusing to pay in full for a clear breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 is next level idiotic. Obviously designed to intimidate me into accepting their incredibly poor customer service. They sent fitters out to change the height of the hanging rail, leaving behind a series of holes and saw marks in the uprights. The shelves are unequal in size and unevenly spaced, they have caused cracks in the plaster and marks all over the paintwork. The units are not sealed and have pencil marks all over. The exterior is plagued by marks that look like an overspill from using glue. At every turn they have stated they will pursue me via legal process. I have paid the bill in full minus 10% but now they want to pursue for another £1600 to pay for the mess they created in the first place. DO NOT use this company.

Hello I recently had…read moremy 2 bedrooms and kitchen fully fitted by DM Design. Myself and Willie Duncan went through everything from wood colours, fittings to finally the layout. The job itself only took 5 days to complete. The craftsmanship was of the highest order and everything they did was so precise. I was around on a daily basis when the job was being done and from the joiners to plumbers to electrician they were more than happy to answer any questions I had. They kept me up to date on there preceding's and were comfortable on voicing there opinions on how they think certain parts would look better, which was excellent. I would happily employ DM to do anymore work on future ventures and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for top quality product and service. Kind Regards Graeme Alexander
