I was trying to get a a machine by prescription, before the Covid-19 issue, that had sold out everywhere on line or was on a many week delay of shipping due to sudden demand on medical supply warehouses. My wife found Cpapnea.com and called. Sal answered. I got his information from my wife and called. By that time the pandemic had set in full panic mode. You can't help when you need things medically. Great service. I had never owned a cpap machine before and got one from a friend. I needed a mask. The owner was there to help me select one and tell me the advantages and disadvantages of various styles. I tried on several and chose a nice pillow one. He replaced my filter for free.
