Ryan was on time for the initial bid walk-through and provided the quote on-time as promised during the meeting. That's rare in this business. The crew arrived on time to start the project and kept us informed throughout the process, which took a month to complete. No communication after initial consultation!…read more I had an appointment on 3/27 for an initial consultation for our full home remodel. Hailey, our sales rep, arrived on time and conducted a professional walk-through to hear our ideas. We discussed rough quotes for the kitchen and bathroom remodels, and she presented the option of a $10k design phase contract as a first step. We wanted to compare multiple contractors before committing and requested a written quotation first. The next day, I followed up via voicemail and text to ask about the quotation and clarify any questions. I received no response. I followed up again on 3/31 but did not receive a reply. Based on this, I assume the company is not interested, but I would have appreciated clear communication rather than no response at all.

The quality I received is nothing like what's shared above. The fence I had built was poorly…read moreconstructed for the terrain and fell over easily due to lack of concreted posts along the fence line. And the little concrete that was on a few posts was below the water line so of course rotted quickly. The boards were also not even nailed to posts correctly. It was so poor other contractors would t even touch it and wanted start over completely. I have filed a claim on bond and license to put toward a new fence by a competent contractor. While replacing the siding, he found some random electrical issues with the old wires but he just took it in stride and was able to get everything taken care of and fixed.
