How does this people have any stars at all. First of all, I found them online as I was searching for a company that provided CPR instruction in Spanish (for my mom). I paid the $65.00 and immediately received the receipt that they'd charged me. The appointment was for Saturday at 10am. My mom arrived on time and there was nobody there (I WISH I READ ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS BEFOREHAND). She called them and let them know how unprofessional it was of them to be so inconsiderate of people's time and money. Whoever she spoke to HUNG UP ON HER. This is his number 323-356-5241. So later that day I called their other "business" number 800-277-1816 and left a message because, of course they did not answer. Never got a call back. I then emailed them...again NOTHING. Finally I called the 323 number and again no answer but I got a text saying that the person who was going to teach my mom's s class had been in an accident . I was sorry to hear that but I still needed a refund. He told me he needed my name, email and phone number which I provided immediately. But once again, no reply after that. Yesterday I texted again letting them know that if I didn't hear back by today at 10 am I would file a claim with my bank. I actually WAITED until after 3:00 pm and gave them one last chance to be decent! I called the 323 number, stated who I was and that I was calling for a refund...and this man simply hung up on me. Long story short my claim has been filed. Good thing I have receipts, texts, emails, etc as proof. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. IT WILL BE A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THE WHOLE WAY THROUGH! read more

Had spoke with francisco to have a Spanish speaking Instructor come to my house today to teach my nanny cpr for my newborn and no one showed. Did not receive a call and left two voicemails and an email to check if someone was coming. That was at 11 am this moRning and still at 4 pm no one has showed or called. This place offer a load of classes related to medical assistance. It's all affordable and the experience is nice. The instructor is friendly and he wants us to know what we're doing. He might have a thick accent but it's not hard to understand him. The website might look uneasy but it has all the information you need. Thanks to Francisco I was able to upgrade my the groupon I purchased for the Trauma Management cert for an additional $20 to the full CPR/AED cert which works for me since I work with young children. CPR Angeles is a good place to go to if you wanna get cpr certified. Its a bit tricky to find since there isnt a big sign out on the streets for one to spot but once you find their building, the office is located on the second floor upstairs. Sergio was nice and breaks down the steps well. His accent is a bit thick and at times makes it hard to understand, but he is funny and keeps the classes entertaining. And for being their for 3 hours you need something to keep yourself up. So if you want CPR and first aid training, check this place out. They have free training every for their sunday and wednsday classes if you want to get some practice in with the dummies. read more
