I took my iphone in to have the housing replaced which cost $267.49. However, while repairing my phone they broke the front glass which cost $400 to replace. Ben M. did not call me to tell me about the issue. When I arrived to pick up my phone he was helping someone else, there was also another couple waiting to pick up a phone. After he handed the other couple their phone, I asked for the same. He later used me "cutting in line" as an excuse/justification be rude to me. He stated I cut in line & the other couple was just "picking up a phone." When I tried to explain I assumed I was there for the same he continued justify his behavior and be rude. If I'm being honest it should have been a red flag when the first employee (who's name I can't remember) tried to tell me it was illegal to place the back with OEM parts. read more

I had my screen replaced on a Saturday, 9/9/2023, had to bring back the next day because the back came unglued, they said there wasn't enough time for the glue to dry the previous day. It came unglued again and the screen cracked in the first week, the said that the battery swells. They tried to sell us another battery. This place is a scam, they charged $250 and it was garbage and they sleazed out of their warranty, The back of the phone doesn't seem to fit properly, probably some cheap Chinese garbage. read more

I got a new battery replaced not even two weeks ago they gave me zero warranty for it and then the two weeks three days I woke up without it charging I came back because the guy had told me I have a month to bring it back if I have any problems and they refused to change anything they said is charging the way it supposed to and there's nothing they can do they are not replacing my battery which I just paid a bunch of money for because when they plug it in it looks like it's working even though three times when I plugged it in it showed it was charging and then when I woke up there was zero charge very unprofessional on their part read more

i have been putting this off, but no more! i took my laptop in to get virus removed, mcafee removed, and a pop up blocker installed. one week without my laptop! no calls, voice mail, email or even text to notify me that my computer was ready. $45 consult fee, then additional $32 for the work. and guess what. not one damn thing! i still got pop ups, the mcafee is still here! don't waste your money, go to best buy or office depot or any other computer repair! read more

I had an issue with my charging port. I took my i7 in there and he assessed it and just cleaned out the port. He said, "I could take your money and put in a new port, but I don't feel like you need one." There was no charge for the cleaning of the port. After a couple of days, I was having similar issues as before. Turns out I did need a new port. They had the part in stock and were able to work on my phone right away. I left the phone, went to run an errand close by, and when I came back, the repairs were made. No issues since. Very friendly customer service. Clean atmosphere. I feel like I made a friend. I brought my phone in to have a battery replaced. Well they fixed the battery but broke the screen. Said I could pay $50 for a new screen and $50 for the battery replacement or just take my phone back but now with a broken screen and bad battery. Terrible job all the way around. read more

I went in CPR this week to fix a cracked phone and they fixed it for $130, two days later I see that half of my screen is black, they said that an LED must have broken inside the phone and that it'd be an extra $80 for them to fix it. But if an LED was broken how come it wasn't fixed while they were inside the phone?!? read more
