The other members of the "staff" have out of area phone numbers...There is no pictures of the staff (red flag!)...No photos of the school itself..And none of the calendars or links work properly. Is the site even legitimate? I wouldn't want training from any of these places. Go someplace reputable.

The gentleman that owns the business is so kind and pleasant. He is very understanding of people who have to reschedule during our pandemic. Currently there is a $15 fee if you can't make your scheduled class time. I like that they offer classes on Saturdays. Their website makes it easy to sign up and they sell the updated BLS book version in class and online. Purchasing the book was not required for my class. The instructor was amazing and made the time feel like it flew by. Kathy was informative, funny and had a way of explaining things so that the information was easy to understand and retain. The classroom, mannequins and the ambu bags were clean. You are given the option of hands on practicing with the AED since there is only one machine for the entire class. Hand sanitizer and sanitizing wipes were available. The classroom is fairy small but the chairs are spaced out for social distancing and masks are required. She not only did everything she was supposed to do, as a doctor, but she also went above and beyond and cared for me as if she were my family. From the moment she walked in, she greeted me with the warmest smile and the sweetest and most caring attitude that is possible. She spent an enormous amount of time with me, as opposed to most doctors I've seen in the past who only spent a few minutes examining me before quickly sending me on my way. Not only did she spend a great deal of time with me explaining my injury in a way that was easy to comprehend, but she was also genuinely concerned with my injury and took several necessary steps to get me back in good health. This was the case for my follow up appointments as well, which she also spent a great deal of time with me going over the necessary steps needed to help me get well and back on my feet. Her commitment to me, her caring nature, and her genuine concern for my health and well-being, were above and beyond anything I've ever experienced from a doctor before. She is the epitome of what it means for doctors and healthcare professionals to uphold the Hippocratic Oath. I wish that all doctors were like Dr. Dorr, because this world would be a much better place. I must also recognize Pam, one of the assistants, who was also incredibly nice and friendly and gave me excellent care, as well as the rest of the staff I encountered from the front desk check-in to the ladies at the check-out area for follow-up appointments.
