I took the Adult, Child & Infant First Aid & CPR/AED course today with Kat to renew my Certification. I work in the fitness industry so I need to do this course every two years. Kat is great - she makes everything very engaging, which will help me remember everything more! The 2 hours flew by, which is not typical of long workshops. And there was plenty of time to ask questions and get real practice. One caveat is that it was hard for me to actually do the practice, because I'm in my final weeks of pregnancy and kneeling on the ground is difficult. She invited us to take a seat next to our CPR mannequins, and brought baby a play mat and lounger so she had a comfortable place to play while we trained.
