Do not hire. Cleaning was to be whole house for move out. Anything "difficult" they do not clean, but did not say anything to me about issues. High kitchen cabinets left uncleaned. Top of molding around kitchen cabinets not cleaned. Windows they could not easily open left uncleaned, particularly sills between inside and storm windows. Many windows, particularly high ones not well cleaned and streaky. Paper towels left around outside of house and one on the floor of the master. Had to ask them to mop the kitchen floor - they may have mopped once, but then it had footprints all over from them walking back and forth. Some wood furniture not dusted. Radiators behind furniture not cleaned. I clearly noted in the work request I needed carpet cleaning, but they did not bring the equipment. Were on a "deadline" - had to finish by 2pm to get one of them to another job. I have not yet thoroughly checked everything, but I suspect more issues. read more

I requested a basic clean, and was happy I wouldn't have to be home, as I could not take the time from work. I must say, the house was a mess, and I was happy I could get it basic cleaned, so that I could devote my time to organizing and deep cleaning myself. When I got home, I found that they had cleaned out my refrigerator, which was not intended to be part of the service. This would have been wonderful, if they had cleaned, and not just thrown everything away. I had about $95 of groceries, Tupperware, etc. which was thrown away without my knowledge or asking about cleaning the refrigerator (which, again, was not in the original discussion about the basic clean). When I looked at the other rooms of the house, I found that several things from my bedroom (medicines, bandages, boxes of electronic parts, etc.) were also just thrown away. When I inspected the clean, there was dust on the lamps and crumbs, hair, and debris on the carpets. So, not only was my personal property destroyed (thrown away) without my consent, the clean was also poor. I contacted the business with my concerns and asking for a partial refund due to the loss of property, but I was bullied and threatened. Terrible experience and bad business!!! read more

I have to give a review for a company I didn't use that seems so professional to me. Although I had not used cptp unique services to perform a move out cleaning service when I decided to do it myself with some help, Shaneka from cptp was very courteous and professional. They made it easy by offering a flat $300 ready to clean my home. It's a no hassle way of offering services when other cleaning services word ask me my square footage of my apartment, how many rooms, how many floors etc. to come up with an estimate. I have no idea what my square footage was and had to measure and calculate to the best of my ability to figure out a square footage. That makes it very hard when you're trying to just get things done especially trying to move. The flat rate is makes it simple and easy and most likely it's going to cost around $300 if you you're trying to get done what I'm trying to do which is clean all the whole apartment basement etc and clean it thoroughly. So if I didn't decide to clean it myself, I probably would have gone with them. Show my courtesy I usually think the services I never used that offered their services and got back to them to thank them. After I thanked several cleaning and moving companies that offered their estimates and services to me. Some companies responded to my thanking them and some didn't. However, Shaneka from CPTP services responded thanking me for my interest and invited me if interested in using their service in the future to not hesitate to contact them! Shaneka was friendly, courteous, and professional! still. That kind of response to me goes a long way for me and makes that company makes them stand out in my mind if I need them in a future. Not all the six companies that I thanked came anywhere close to that kind of response. That goes a long way with me when a company responds professionally and confident in themselves to still offer their services in the future. A business that's able to do that, there's a business I remember years later if I need their service! Deep clean of extremely dirty parrot room. Did a WONDERFUL job including getting on hands and knees to scrub a filthy floor. Great job would recommend them highly. read more
