Amazing work I went in last weekend for an oil change I was referred by my friend and Christian was very helpful very knowledgeable he advised me on what I needed to do for my next oil change, he wasn't pushy as to get the services right then and there. I am extremely satisfied with the amount of support of the team at CR Auto Center. I went in because my back tire was getting flat and turns out that the inner liner was tearing from the inside because I drove on a flat (sadly) . Although they did not have a replacement tire in stock, Cristian was able to order one for next day shipment and immediately notified me as soon as it came in. The team also checked the surrounding tires to see if there were any nails and removed them ensuring it did not puncture the tires itself. The service was extremely quick and I am extremely satisfied with the work that was done. I've brought all my cars here for service, oil change, brake jobs, transmission work, etc. Over a half dozen times in the last few years at least. They do a good job and haven't had issues with their service so far. Christian is reliable and trustworthy, they never recommend anything that isn't necessary and when something needs to be replaced he shows the bad parts so you don't have to second guess it. They're friendly and helpful. I first came here back in May because my car popped it's belt. I pulled into a residential area and waited for AAA to come tow me. I googled "mechanics near me" and noticed that CR auto was literally down the street, so I just had my car towed there. The initial service was quick. I decided to leave my car there for a few days so they could fix everything that was wrong with my car, since it's 10+ years old and before then I hadn't really done more than basic maintenance. They quoted me a good price (compared to the dealership mechanic, who I was initially going to take my car to before my belt snapped.) After they fixed my car everything was good. Around October I noticed my tire sensor and check engine light was on, so I took it back to CR auto, they told me it was because I had a bad sensor. They informed me that it would be more cost effective if I just payed for the sensor (which I was going to have to do anyway) and put it on myself, since it was a simple process. Overall both experiences I've had with them have been good! And I have even recommended them to my mom. read more

Ok so got the van back and I'm happy with the end result. The guys went out of their way to get it done for me and even threw in some free parts. I've since taken the same beat up van back for a few more repairs that I'm satisfied with. This placed seemed great with the reviews so i went in for a brake job they changed my brakes and one of my rotters. Everything was great for the the first 45 min after they started squicking. I waited a couple days thinking it would go away but it just got worst. I called christian too take it in too check and when i did he told me its the side we didnt change the rotor on and must i add their wasnt any squicking sounds before i took the car. He didnt want too admit it was their fault charged me $400 for it and didnt want too fix the issue so i was stuck taking it too another mechanic shop and they did see both side of the brakes are squicking paid another $250 too put new ones in. Be careful from them they over charge and quality is terrible. They also sound like they dont want too keep customers. I will never recommend this shop too anyone their is a bunch of other shops with cheaper price and that will take responsibility for their mistakes read more
