They will make excuses for nondelivery and claim it is someone else fault, like the supplier not shipping the entire product or saying your contractor did not have his part done. The installation is second rate, they often leave parts of the job unfinished causing recalls and more delay. I only used them for tile work in bathrooms, I will not use them for the Kitchen, pantry or any other part of the house. If I have to Bring in someone from Memphis or Nashville and pay more money for less STORY TELLING, AND DELAYS I WILL. Go to a Big Box store before you use them.
