I had ordered for pick up and the time it told me to come in was around 6pm. I arrived at 6:20pm and the (very nice!!!) waitress told me that it was confirmed but the kitchen hadn't even fired it up. I ordered at 5:34pm and even arrived 20min later than the estimated time and it wasn't ready? That is a little ridiculous. I am now waiting an hour after I ordered online and it is still not ready. Love the food. Definitely recommend, especially not thing is don't go during rush hour they do delay the food.

FYI they don't use the waiting option on here. Joined the "wait list" and when I arrived and let the person know it said my wait was done he said they don't use it and that they were don't taking tables for the night and offered take out instead. I totally think it's not the employees control but they definitely need to be taken off of the yelp wait option. This is my first time ordering here for being out in Palmdale price to high for the amount of food you get I ordered there crab fries and there picture on the menu shows chunks of crab I got it looked like imitation crab shredded and to add on that there was like a 1/2 oz of shredded crab meat and the lady said they put 2 oz in there there was more parmesan all throughout the fries with sauce for the price I would have not mind it but there was no crab meat what so ever don't think I will be coming back nor will I recommend plenty of way better spots in the valley where quantity to price is about 5 times better...... let me know if u find some crab meat in there!!!!!! read more

On January 30 2019 @ approximately 1pm, I had the worst food hospitality service ever! I was strongly disappointed, disturbed and disgusted by not the only the food but by the customer service. I had called shortly after arriving home looking forward to having my dinner when I saw there was a rotten potato in my bag and as I spoke with an employee and explained to her how this could have happened,She rudely told me " feel free to bring back the rotten potatoe and will get you a new one" with no sense of sympathy. And when I asked her if I could speak to a manger she said " he is not in until tomorrow and if you like you can bring your "rotten" potatoes then" and laughed. The staff is friendly BUT the food did not settle very well with me (iykyk) (that means if you know you know).. if you're looking for shrimp boil, I would suggest going to San Diego, if possible. Or DIY-ing at home. I had their medium flavored boil, it lacked seasoning, was a 3.5/5 in flavor. The price was mostly fair. Valentines Day.. we decided to place an order for pick up and miss the crowds.. we ordered a package that was supposed to have 1 lbs of shrimp peeled (we had a total of 10 shrimp) 1 lbs of crab legs..(2 small clusters) muscles (80% of them had shell close) 2 potatoes and corn and 2 lobster tails... it was a little over $100. There was 4 of us..2 being kids. It wasn't enough to make anyone full and I only ate a corn and a few muscles. I'm just beyond disappointed.. and have to now cook because everyone is still hungry.. and we aren't big people that need to eat a lot to be full.. on top.of that. The Assasin8 could have used a little more heat. It was good, but no real difference between that level and Spicy. The waitress was nice, prompt and profession. I dined in with family and got the all you can eat and pay over $150 paid before eating and then informed that no crawfish, fountain drink. offer a can soda which is like force to give and ask if we can have alternate with the something with crawfish but the waitress is back and forth to ask the manager multiple times like over 5x instead the manager or supervisor should come out to explain whats going on. We Didn't know they wouldn't take Apple pay so we told them we would be back and sped back to the house to grab a card. A few days ago, my husband and I decided to go to Crab N' Spice (Palmdale, CA) to eat (we've eaten here many times). This last experience was absolutely HORRIBLE! They have a new All you can eat special, which if you order with someone else ($54 each) you have to share a combined plate of food (So unusual). The 1st batch was decent with exception of the small crab legs, but when we ordered more (2nd batch because we had to share) within the 90 minutes allowed. They gave us a terrible batch of Seafood and chicken! The chicken was freezer burnt and didn't look like the pictures in the website (picture attached). The crab was not fresh, so small and old looking (black spots and barely any meat inside). The shrimp (Old) was watered down with no flavor. We did not eat the food! The Manager was not available, so we had to pay for the horrible food and never received a call back! We paid $125 for nothing! We will not be returning! read more

I came home 35 minutes drive I wasn't about to turn around go back I was hungry we ate it and we called them and told them we were disappointed with the order was messed up all they would offer us is extra sauce that's unacceptable.
