I could not be happier about my experience with My High Tide! First off booking the Yacht was incredibly easy. I was able to quickly book online which was easy to do. I did have a few questions and called them directly and they answered right away and were very helpful. They had a few great options to choose from but with the size of our group we decided to go with the Azimut 72. IT IS GORGEOUS! The observation deck up top gives you amazing views of the water. The stern has so much room to relax and is incredibly luxurious. My wife loved the front of the vessel where she could get some sun and just relax. This yacht seemed brand new and was awesome. What made the experience over the top was the staff on board. Captain Joe was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. No doubt in my mind that he knew exactly what he was doing the whole time. We also had Wayne on the boat who was the First Mate. He was great and always willing to answer all the questions we had. You could tell that both of these gentleman loved what they did and took care of all the guests. These two made the experience unforgettable! Everyone is already wondering when we are going to go back to Florida and a lot of that is because of the 5 Star experience we had with My Tide Luxury Charters!

We went for a half day ride on the Sea Ray 280. The boat was clean and comfortably sat 10 of us. They had little sand baskets ready, let the kids drive the boat, and made them feel so included and excited the entire time. Our four-hour trip was the perfect mix of relaxation, wildlife, and adventure. Captain Jessica and her crew went above and beyond, providing iced drinks, snacks, and buckets for collecting shells. They took us to Old Hickory Island, where we found some amazing shells, a Pygmy octopus, conch, and a sand dollar. Throughout the trip, Captain Jessica shared her knowledge about the local ecosystem, answering all of our questions about the dolphins, manatees, mangroves, and the area. One of the highlights was when she spotted a pod of dolphins. She carefully brought the boat alongside them, and we got to watch them swim and jump in our boat's wake--it was unforgettable! Communication was outstanding from start to finish. We had to reschedule twice due to weather. Captain Jessica made the process incredibly easy and stress-free. She is friendly, welcoming, and shared lots of great local recommendations for places to visit and things to do. We also saw so many birds -- a birder's dream! He also took us to North Captiva Island Club.
