We recently last week had work done by Sam the Concrete man, they did an awesome job on the…read moredriveway. We also had them to install a drain in the driveway as well. We have had major issues with the drainage where mud is coming up out of the drain and our brand new driveway is full of mud where the drain is located. We have spoken with the owner to report the issue as soon as we discovered it he admitted that there needs to be me more dirt which he has promised to bring and never has showed up. When it rains the water is backing up and coming back to through the drain that was installed. We have contacted the owner via phone and text, he was supposed to get back to us by Tuesday and it is now Wednesday and he is not returning our calls. We have called the office and they just refer us to the owner and still no response. We paid thousands of dollars thinking that the work would be done correctly and that it being a bigger company if we had issues they would be resolved. When it was time to pay the owner showed up with no problem, now that we have issues with the work done we can't get a response. We are so frustrated to the point of tears.

Shortly after the work was completed, I noticed that the shower was leaking at the connection point to the pipe. I promptly informed him of the issue, expecting it to be addressed as part of the original installation. On January 22nd, he responded that he could come out to take a look, but mentioned a $75 service fee for the visit. Given that the problem appears to be directly related to the initial installation, I found this unexpected. I replied, asking him to let me know when he would be in the area so he could stop by and assess the issue. It has now been nearly two months, and I have not received any follow-up or resolution. Meanwhile, the shower faucet continues to leak. I would have appreciated more accountability and communication to resolve the problem in a timely manner.

Hired this company to install a fence and a small deck. The process was easy and the finished work…read morelooked great. Unfortunately, during the installation they cut through multiple irrigation supply lines and never mentioned it. In at least one case, a broken pipe was left hidden under the rock bed. I had to discover the damage on my own and cover the repair costs myself, which wiped out any savings from using them. Good work on what you can see -- but the lack of care for existing systems and the failure to communicate the damage is a dealbreaker. Would not hire again.

Alan and his team were extremely detail-oriented- measuring, leveling, planning - and they did so with tremendous efficiency. He is a fantastic communicator, easy to work with, and fair. Alan gave me a set of new front steps and a new driveway. He put in a french drain so that my drainage issues are now taken care of. At the end of each work day, he cleaned so that nothing would damage my grass and that the work site was tidy. Prior to leaving the site, on the last day he took care of the smallest details of the project. Concrete work can be an expensive investment- had I known about Alan and KC Crete Master, I would have done this a long, long time ago. The work has proven to be worth every penny. He assured me that it could be lifted back up even and would charge me $2000 dollars. Someone came out and lifted it very little and then said they were concerned of my concrete cracking. It still look as it did when they first started. So I spoke with someone in the office and requested they come back out and lift it as promised. A manager came out and tried again and lifted it one more inch and stated that was all he was able to do. I feel mislead. They did not do $2000 dollars worth of work. I was never offered any kind of refund/discount since the work was not completed as advised. I am out of $2000 dollars that I saved up just for this. I am not rich and cannot just give that kind of money away. I would never use this company again. No one has ever tried to reach out to me to see what they could do to make this right.
